Trains ran right on time, clean, and comfortable. During covid, employees helped to ensure that all passengers wore masks. Express was 90 minutes and a pleasant ride. Make sure you validate your ticket!

We were very impressed. It was very easy to make the booking online. The seats were comfortable and well positioned, and the train travelled impressively fast and smoothly. It was great value for the price.

Train at time, and good locations, but it's very complicated serch the correct train.

Trains were clean and on schedule. Tickets are reasonably priced. You have safety standards during the pandemic that gives me peace (wear masks). The one reason I can't give 5 stars is that when I reached Assisi, the door would not open and I could not depart. The taxi drivers said this is common. I had to go to next town and take return train. Fortunately, a bilingual woman experienced the same difficulty, saving me from a scary disaster, having minimal Italian knowledge, and the train being at 8 pm, in the dark.

Comfortable seating, cleanliness, speed.

It wasn't bad but ! We had trouble getting our paid seats ! Because there was always people seating in them and they did not want to leave ! They said that they have yearly passes and they could sit anywhere they wanted ? We didn't want trouble so we stood up ! Very uncomfortable situation! And sad

When a connection was missed, due to a slow train coming into Parma, the person in the ticket office was very kind and helpful in getting us new tickets for the next train.

Train was very clean and right in time. Accommodations and bathroom in the car were wonderful, and buying my tickets was very easy with the website.

Traveling by train in Italy was an awesome experience. Booking tickets through this website was easy and fast slow ghar hitch was not having wifi connection while traveling from Naples to Florence and also while traveling from La Spezia to Milan our seats had to be accommodated in a different coach as our coach had air conditioning problems. Over all loved traveling by train in Italy.

We purchased tickets ahead of time & then our airplane was delayed. We couldn’t call from the tarmac so thought we could call when we arrived but lost over $150 in tickets because we couldn’t cancel them & get new ones. The ticketmaster said there was nothing he could do. This seems like a simple solution of switching times online but the only way to do so was to go to the ticket offices

The trains were convent, on time and pleasant. You have a great rail system.

I pay 50 Euro because i dont used mask for corona but i am a visitor to Italia and i dont know about rules... I told them but not acceptance

we were misinformed by customer service and were told that we had to buy new tickets from milan to venice even though we missed our train due to delays by the train from Bellano to milan.
