As much as I would love to take the full credit for delivery, all we do is get it out and obviously all those Royal Mail delivery routes worked beautifully for your delivery. A bit more info would've been nice...
I was a bit worried at first because I accidentally checked out as a guest and couldn't track my order on the website anymore. I did receive an email with an update a few days later, saying that my order was shipped, but the letter only had a simple order number and no tracking number. Nevertheless, I got my Godzilla Fall Guys plush a few days ago, the item was in perfect condition and I couldn't be happier.

I have checked your order on the Royal Mail account and it does show an email was sent. Unfortunately I believe many of these emails end up in junk or spam. If you can find it in your junk folder, although too late now, it would be nice to know if you did receive the email otherwise we can take this back to Royal Mail.
