Thought it was too good to be true
Was surprised when I saw the item going for that price and thought it was too good a purchase to ignore - so treated myself and waited for it to show up (free shipping was the icing on the cake).
About a week later (Royal mail strike action not helping) I got the parcel - well packaged and undamaged meaning I’ll definitely be using Item Drop again in the future!

We're sorry to hear you had issues with your order. I have had a look into the issue and found your email trail. The first we were informed of a missing item was at 5:33pm on the 1st December which is outside our working hours of 9am to 5pm. You left this review at 7:30pm so you gave us 2 hours to help you with your issue when we were not at work. Unfortunately being a business of 3 people we do not have 24 hour customer service although we do, at times, take a naughty peek into our emails in our out-of-office hours. I apologise about the missing item, and believe the issue was resolved the very next day when we were back at work. We manually package everything and sometimes at Christmas it can happen even though we try our hardest not to. Thank you again. I hope we can do better next time.

Item received exactly as described, in perfectly new condition. Delivery speed was reasonable considering it was coming from the UK. Great prices. Would definitely consider ordering again for those hard-to-find items.

Fab communication, excellent range of products and generally great service! Itemdrop is our go to place for anything gaming related. Honest, reliable and lovely!
Ordered an Xbox X from here when they were hard to get hold of and lots of places were taking orders and not fulfilling them. They were honest and open about the progress of the order throughout and got me my Xbox in good time for when I needed it. A real pleasure to deal with, would highly recommend.

I asked them a question via email that is not even listed on their website. But they are silent for a week. It is surprising that in 2022 the site does not have a mail for communication. :D

Firstly the order was made on Saturday 12th November, we get into work on 14th, review was left on 16th, that is not a week.
The order was automatically applied to Fraud Review with our fraud prevention partners at Fraudlabs. The reason being using forwarding addresses with connections to Russia. We do not sell to Russia and ELDAR tried to circumnavigate our own terms of sale by using said services. The IP (non-proxy) location to billing/shipping location was also over 1000km away and located in Poland, which only increased the fraud score and delayed dispatch of their order (which I'm now glad we did).
We have tried to communicate with ELDAR on several different occasions about the order but every email bounced back.
Our site does have contact details in various places (as it is 2022) and emails are responded to. It is hard to email someone when the email they provided bounces back our attempts to communicate.
So that is our side of the transaction, not sure we could do much more.

My order arrived very quickly and everything had been packed very securely to ensure nothing broke during transport. Everything was as described, and customer service was great - one of the items I had ordered wasnt avalible at time of packing my order (store had been closed when I placed my order) and they reached out to me very prompty to offer apologies and a solution.
