Accidentally ordered 2 items because one was already in my basket from previous browsing and there is no review your order process . they retain ALL your card details from previous orders including the CVC number WHICH IS ILLEGAL. They could not stop my order even though i contacted them within seconds . SCAM COMPANY. NOT AN ETHICAL BUSINESS

I ordered two items on the ItemLabel shop a little than a month ago, sadly my package got lost by my local delivery service, and the ItemLabel customer service was helpful during the whole process of searching for the lost package! They responded to me very quickly (in less than an hour) and found a solution the same day I've contacted them. I've been ordered on their website since 2020 and never had any issues with the quality of their product.

They don’t care. I paid for shipping that was supposed to be 4-8 days. It is a month later, I still don’t have items (I spent one $100) and they told me to wait longer. Not happening for Christmas. It is not worth dealing with the annoyance and disappointment. There are other plushies out there.

I love the characters and plushies! Everything is super cute! I'm only giving it a low rating due to customer service being incredibly rude to me whenever I reached out to them about an issue that I faced with my plush. The plush had an eye fall off, so all I asked was what sized bead was used for that specific plush's eyes so I could buy one on my own to replace the missing one. The customer service rep got very demeaning to me about how I should have taken better care of the plush and refused to tell me the size of the bead. I explained to them the accident which occurred with how it lost its eye in the first place, and wasn't even demanding for them to send me a bead for free. Either way, he was very condescending and made me feel stupid for even asking.

(Note: This took place in 2023, I just didn't really know how to leave a review for their shop until I was reminded of the experience recently.)

2025: Received an order today and shipping was much faster than a few years back. They also included a free small item! Like I've mentioned before, love the shop and its characters, but they need to keep their customer service people in check.

My Peepy arrived damaged, and when I told Itemlabel, they sent me a new one free of charge, which I didn't expect. Very happy with the customer service 🙂

It was 2022 and a ever so slightly younger version of me stumbled upon an ad for a plush. This plush was different, and I couldn't bring myself to skip the ad. it had me mesmerized. a year later, in 2023,i had gotten the same plush as a birthday gift.Since then, I have bought and bugged my family for more plushes from itemlabel since then and as of right now I have two plushes, those being a blue variant of their most popular item, Peepy, and a pink ouioui, which is essentially a baby peepy. I love their plushes and and hope to get more in the future.

I’ve bought five Peepys, a couple of OuiOuis and one Moley plush over the last couple of years and my experience with ItemLabel has always been pleasant. My favorite part is that they’ll occasionally include fun little surprises like stickers or extremely rare plush keychains with your order for free.

The only minor complaint is that shipping can be a tad expensive and take a while to arrive. I’ve also gotten items with minor defects, like a Cowpy with a hole in its stitching or a Skunkpy with a scratched eye. Besides a few hiccups here and there, the quality of their merch tends to be pretty good overall.

Definitely would recommend buying from them, especially if you like cute/quirky stuff.

I received a mix of plushes and sweaters recently. Zero complaints about my plushes. But one of my sweaters came with a hole and was ridiculously oversized (I received a refund for this one), and the other sweater reeks of mothballs and it won't go away. Neither sweater came with instructions for how to wash/care for them. Their website provides no sizing guides for clothes, no care guides, and no way to rate or review products.

tl;dr - mid-quality clothes for the price, high quality plush for a high price

i got a mushroom peepy and its very cute. would reccomend.

My god they squeak. Ouiouis and Peepys squeak. I am in love. Quality is wonderful and I even got a sneaky surprise in my package-- free lemonpy drawing keychain! I don't usually splurge but these guys make me so damn happy I don't even care that bounty hunters show up on my doorstep every day. I'd give more stars if I could.

I ordered an OuiOui Blind bag, and a Freezerburnby, It took a while to arrive but worth it!

They are legit. I got my order, well sort of. I ordered a peepy and two ouioui blindbags. When I got my order, I got my peepy and one ouioui. Maybe they didn't have anymore ouiouis, I don't know. But I ended up with a burger king xbox racing game. I thought it was pretty funny, so no complaint there. Now my peepy and ouioui are chilling in my room eating some peanuts. 10/10 :)

Itemlabel is great, and i bought a moley awhile ago and it came it like 2 weeks which was cool. anyways as soon as moley got here, all he did was whine and whine about not being in the dirt. i buried him so now hes happy :)

perfect company, everything is great

I've been interested in Itemlabel for awhile now and my parents got me a Lemonpy for Christmas! There was a small hole in his foot but I was able to easier fix it and other than that it is wonderful. Thinking about buying a OuiOui soon.

Five starts no questions asked! I ordered 9 items I'm total and everybody arrived perfectly, but I was missing a vinyl peepy so I contacted support and they were so nice and helpful!! This is the only reason I'm writing this, I'm really thankful for their help and the vinyl peepy is on his way! Again wonderful customer service!!

I ordered a cow-print Peepy, two caps with badges, two T-shirts and the "Mushroom training" hoodie from the webstore, and am happy with my purchase. The shipping time to Finland wasn't bad.

I'm going to be detailed and a bit strict about the quality of the clothes, since that's something I tried to look for information about before buying and couldn't find anything. I'll stress though that I like this company a lot and would recommend it to others as well. This is just to give you something to base your purchase choices on.

The Peepy is every bit as good as I hoped, soft fabric with firm stuffing. Getting one brought me a lot of joy, as I've been a fan of the advertizing and lore for a while. This was the most personally fulfilling part of the order for me, and I'm happy just looking at my Peepy and holding him.

I also got a vinyl Pinkpy with my order, since they were being given out if you spent more than 50 dollars. The paint job is good and it's a nice thing to put on my bookshelf.

The caps are what you'd expect from any regular cap, and I love the velcro system. The badges get stuck on there really firmly, so there's no fear of them falling off. Might order more badges in the future.

As for the clothing, the quality is OK but not amazing -details below.

The "Mushroom training" hoodie's material is soft, thick and pleasant, the stitching seems good and I think it'll have longevity, but the dot print's quality doesn't convince me - its surface is rough and there are small orange splotches on the yellow that weren't visible in the product pictures on the website. The splotches may be a part of the design, but I'm mentioning them since they're not apparent in the pics. If I were to order again, I'd get a hoodie without a print, since I love the design, material and construction but not how the print is done.

The material of the T-shirts is pleasant to the touch, a bit on the thin side. I like the designs and will definitely wear them, but I'd say they're the lowest-quality item of the bunch.

Things to note:
The neck ribbing on the Peepy jail T-shirt is a slightly different color than the shirt and mine had a little dark stripe on it. The print seems like it'll stay on though, which you can't say about all T-shirt prints.
As for the Big shirt with the fish on the pocket, the entire pocket and the pocket flap are lined with a white, paper-like material. I assume this is why they tell you to only hand-wash it. Because of the lining, the pocket makes a little cardboard-y sound when you bend it.

In conclusion, I'm overall happy with my purchases and would buy again, but I'll take the points I mentioned above into consideration when making choices in the future. Big love to Item Label and thanks for all the PPs.

This company is PERFECT!!! Itemlabel is a one of a kind website and it has something for everyone. Itemlabel offers patches, plushes, and hoodies. The thing I love about itemlabel the most is their advertising. Their advertising is genius, with them giving all of their characters cryptic themes, the most popular one being peepy. It’s such an odd company that you just have to buy it! And their customer service? Amazing, sure they take a while to respond but it’s still awesome.
