Ordered in March in good time to get items for the 13th when we have 5 birthdays at once. Wrote to her/Kirsty 3x now. Nothing. Well, just a message to say you've reached her at a time when she's not available! And get that every time I send an email. I just saw that from a certain time lapse after ordering (I ordered via etsy) you can open a case against her which starts tomorrow if I haven't heard today. After that I'll query the amount with my bank, depending what the outcome is.

DO NOT order from this Company! You will get no response from customer service! Placed an order Nov 17th and once I saw the review I sent an email to no process but they did anyways. I still didn't get a tracking confirmation email!

SCAM! I received 3 out of the 7 items I ordered, they were poor quality, and see through.

I emailed them about sending me the other items that I never received and never heard from them. I have since asked for a refund 7 times from email and their Instagram with NO responses.

Don't bother with these scammers.

Scam Alert! I ordered a dress on October 16 and I still haven’t received it. It’s Dec 7th! I’ve tried to contact the company and haven’t heard anything back. I want my money back but nobody’s responding back to me. What’s a horrible company!

A very good store with a large selection of goods. I bought jeans in this store. The goods were delivered in a short time. I am completely satisfied with the quality of the goods. The prices in the store are quite affordable.

I ordered a blouse in a small flower with a short sleeve for a promotion, only 7.99 dollars! On time, the parcel was delivered with a delay. but I did not complain, because I liked the quality and price of the blouse.

Single star because can’t skip that part otherwise itgirl doesn’t deserve even one. Too expensive for what it delivers. There’s nothing good about the dress I ordered. It doesn’t fit good. It’s transparent. On the top of it they have no return and complex exchange policy. Terrible response rate from costumer care. A complete disappointment.

I ordered 3 shirts and only received one. I tried to contact the store and I never heard back from them. Paid 60USD for a single product that I could have received much cheaper on aliexpress. I will not be purchasing any items again in the future.

scam. didnt send my item, and hasnt refunded me, its been three months.

I ordered multiple items and i only received 2. I contacted customer service over a week ago ans got no response.

I placed my order well over a week ago and still havent recieved a shipping notice, after asking for one I still have not recieved any update as to when it is expected to ship. I'm excited about the order, but have waited without any update.

Idk I really love ordering stuff here but my most recent order just never came and they won’t respond to my emails or dms. The first time I ordered here two of the items never came. Overall I didn’t think about it but contacting itgirl is really hard.

It's all stuff you can find for like a 3rd of the price on Aliexpress. And it'll get to you faster if you order directly from Aliexpress.

I haven’t got my package and they do not answer my emails...
