This company is a scam and charges your credit card and PayPal continually. You can't get rid of these people!

This team has saved us time, headaches, and money. They manage our shopify site excellently. I'm satisfied and recommend them to everyone.

I put a job on another site. I immediately got 2 responses from Finnish people. Both had different email ID's but the meaning was similar. They suggested i move to ithire for a better price. I signed up on ithire but then they wanted me to add my account and award the contract in a hurry. I asked for detailing if the project with times lines but that started creating problems , 2 days , 3 days. No deadline on ithire, no payment as per project etc. I researched ithire online because things looked suspicious. One of the two project developers had a UK mobile number when i got her WhatsApp from her. It just ask looked fishy and i deleted my account in ithire

I used it to contract a freelancer for some work to be done on my business on Amazon.
The freelancer didn't even started to work on our project, still this person logged time on the platform.
I disputed the time. ItHire, without any explanation, recognized some time to be paid to the freelancer.
They didn't provide any evidence of the work done by the freelancer neither the freelancer did.
As a first time user, this is definitely my last time using this platform.
I wasted loads of time and money.

*Update: they refunded me all money in the end, so at least money wise, I got it back

A person did not work at all. She pulled out all the money.

IThire tried To take 6800$ 1year after my account was closed and my card details where removed and no active contracts.

The developer haven’t done any job and contract ended a year ago.

ItHire said there was a technical error but it’s just a lie, see other review further down.

I will move back to Upworks which is reliable

Beware, this is fraud.

I hired a freelancer. The website claims to hold your money in escrow and to release it after reviewing. It also promises to track work done by freelancers. However, these are lies. My freelancer claimed the full week's hours in one day and got paid without any review or providing any proof of work done. I lost my money. They also refused to handle my dispute.

Suspicious platform!

We were contacted by a freelancer on Upwork who redirected us to Ithire, never carrying out the work, in fact the platform recommends enabling automatic payments, so in practice they take money away from your PayPal account weekly. They don't have real-time chat support but only with a bot then off-liine support. We have tried to open a dispute but compiling the form was basically impossible,

SCAM!!! This is a Chinese/Indian offshore company that creates profiles on upwork to farm work. They divert you from upwork to avoid the chargebacks. They put mostly females on upwork who book appointments via Calendly claiming they live in various European countries and asking $20+ an hour. They use the same BS scripts to lure stupid people to fall victim. I interviewed 2 people and quickly spotted this scam in seconds.

Scammers. Just got a subscription intent of 5K on Paypal from them months after an order which was another scam… Don’t forget to cancel authorization on Paypal to avoid the situation I m in today… THIS IS A REAL REVIEW 🤬
