I find the turnaround of this company remarkable in a few days! From the worst brokers Ive ever dealt with to a smooth and efficient operation....Apparently.....yet Im STILL waiting for an offer of compensation to be paid for being inefficient 3 months after being made said offer! 🤔

Your services are not staying with time. Option charges are rather high, Normally Contracts are charged at about 50 Cents, for USA equities,Indicies etc. ITI charges $2,- per contract.
Onlie shar purchase needs to be modieifed. You charge $15- per purchase of shasres etc.
I suggest amending the charges so that Evry day investor are more willing to do small trades whihc does not cost an arm and a leg..

Excellent service, I am 100% satisfied !

I have been with ITI and their predecessors - who are many - for about 20 years, originally ODL as they offered traded options, something I still use occasionally. Firstly the good bits: the dealers are excellent, prompt, accurate and helpful. I had trouble getting around the Phoenix system which is comprehensive but complex. Now I go straight to the dealers. There is a new simpler trading system but for some reason this does not show me option prices. My wife has an ISA with ITI. ISA platform went years ago and so far no replacement has appeared. So it's a "good" overall with a bit of catching up to do on support.

All service is excellent- especially when dealing by phone.If I have any reservations is that when paying money back to clients the procedures are still a little unclear.Also buying stocks not on platform-slow to move them when bought back into the system

I'm very satisfied with ITI Capital - the platform is good and easy to use, trading fees are low, sale proceeds and dividends appear in my account very promptly, it's easy to withdraw funds from my account.
My only complaint is the custody fee - @ 0.25% it's on the expensive side.
During covid times replies to queries have slowed from customer services.

In general I am happy with the service provided by ITI Capital. Their platform is complicated and a manual of clear instructions would be helpful to enable users explore and make full use of it. They are not the cheapest of stockbrokers but not excessively expensive either.

My account was moved over from SVS last July, we are now heading to the end of March, and I still have no access, totally incompetent in dealing with and issues and i have no idea what if anything my investments are worth now, well done to the FCA and FSCS for choosing such a world class organisation.

29th september started shares transfer

called november 20th and they escalated the claim as nothing had been done with my transfer

jan 20th and they have no record of the escalation. useless company,

9th of feb now still dont have my shares. keep calling they keep fobbing me off, they even hang up on you,

11th of march and they have started taking money off me for some reason, been trying to close my account for 6 months and they are charging me for having an account that they refuse to close and give me my shares back,

18th of march now and still no further ahead with my transfer.

23rd of march, no response to my emails so called them and the transfer was put on hold after they put my cash account into the negative but they cant explain to me why they have put me in the negative even though i explained its a joke if they think they can chage me for an account i have been trying to close for ages, bear in mind this case was escelated back
in november cos it was taking so long.

24th march, asked for the documentation which they should have provided me after 5 days of not being able to sort out my complaint, this is paperwork they should have provided me with back in november for my financial ombudsman case and they have failed to give it me.

called asking for details of complaint again and 6 months after my first complaint 5 months after my second complaint etc they say they have no record of my complaints.

Another ex-SVS client desperately trying to get my assets transferred to another broker. Request made back in August and no communication whatsoever. I have just called again customer service to be told that they don't speak with their own account department (emails only apparently, which don't get answered). Unbelievable that after several months since the transfer they still haven't got organised.

It was bit hard to get the transfer don from ITI to Barclays after making numerous amount of phone calls I got through to Muhammet Artykov who dealt with the transfer as soon as he could got my transfer.

Also a previous SVS customer trying to get my ISA transferred to another company. I've been waiting 6 months now and received no response to my transfer requests and they won't respond to the new company's requests either. I've now reported them to the financial ombudsman in the hope I might get my money at some point! Shocking company and shocking service, avoid at all costs

Update: six months after the request, money and shares have finally been transferred. Compensation offered - and weeks later not paid. Same old story: promises of immediate resolution, strung along, more empty promises

Another former SVS customer, another sorry tale. It took 12 weeks (Which! talks about an ISA transfer being straightforward but in some cases can take up to six weeks, well I'd have taken that) to get my shares transferred from an ITI ISA to another broker. The money in the account still sits with ITI, six months later. Had numerous emails saying a transfer is imminent and even it has been done - only for nothing to appear in my new ISA.

There is a theme here. Ex SVS customer too and been trying to get my shares transferred from them to another company since November. Appalling "service". Constantly being lied to and ignored.

My shares were unfortunately transferred from svs to ITI. This company is a disgrace to the Financial services professions. Despite ITI having my stocks for 8 months they still do not show in my ITI Phoenix trading accounts. 2 calls to the call centre (in Africa) fobbed off with blatant lies that i can prove are lies.
Emails to ITI account management were completely ignored, no response, no action. Spoke to their caller Samy who cold called me to try and upsell, i explained the situation and was assured he would have the issues corrected. He then ignored my emails. My stocks are locked in this company and i can not buy or sell them and have lost a lot of money due to their complete incompetence.. i seriously advise against opening an ITRI account due to there shocking service.. I Now have to contact financial ombudsman and FCA to try and resolve.
