Ex SVS Customers Avoid this shambles
This is a classic example of a firm which is allowed to function due to the inaction of the FCA.
I simply wonder how they have continued to exist despite years of losses.
I have had terrible experience dealing with this firm which in reality should not be allowed to exist. If you need any proof of the sheer incompetence, just scroll through the reviews on trustpilot. You can easily spot the fake reviews and the genuine ones.

Totally incompetent
Totally incompetent. Incapable of providing the bare minimum level of service with a web interface that would have been poor on Netscape 20 years ago.

PATHETIC IN EVERY WAY TO exSVS CLIENTS
I like many others have had the misfortune to have had my SVS Account transferred to this shower of muppets. Despite asking to transfer my Portfolio within days of Leonard Curtis giving these thieves my shares nothing has been done. I threatened them with action by the Ombudsman in December and fully 6 weeks later they reply saying they have lost my details !!!!! and can I request the transfer from my new dealer again. Did that on the 1st Feb and once again nothing from them so put in the hands of the FO now.
Good response time, happy enough.
I am in NZ so dealing with the UK has built in 12-hr lags due to time zones.
After a rocky start and an incredibly long process for the regulators and liquidators to sort out the SVS debacle, I finally decided to sell some shares.
I was stunned that there was then no online way to transfer my cash to my UK bank account.
Sent an email on 17 Feb to ask them to activate this feature. Apparently this is not possible for ITI so a from was emailed to me to print out, complete, scan in and email back along with some verification data. (Why? They already have that info.)
Returned the form on Friday 19 Feb.
Email advice on Tues 23 Feb that the withdrawal had been processed.
Now waiting for the inefficient UK bank system to do its thing.
I have read many complaints below about non-response but apart from the withdrawal feature not being available online, I have no complaints about the ITI service or response times.
What's going on with these guys
My experience isn't good. They only transferred some of my shares, and have kept some back. The receiving broker says they made a mistake and put the wrong stock on the share valuation form. It's still not resolved.

Incompetent pack of muppets.
SVS staff lost my ID documents when I first registered too. Should've bailed on day 1.
SVS to ITI: One pack of muppets to another.
Terrible experience from start to finish
Another former SVS client, who had a terrible experience from start to finish (finally!). I put in a transfer request at the end of August 2020 and have finally received my holdings at the end of January 2021. I have never experienced customer service like this before, I was calling up almost weekly for updates and constantly given no information on the transfer and told that they would escalate the query and get back to me......they never did. The client servicing team, don't have direct phone numbers to the transfer team; which doesn't make any sense and they can only contact them via email and wait for them to reply. I have no idea why this company was selected to take on the SVS clients when they clearly didn't have the infrastructure to deal with the inflow - the due diligence falls on Leonard Curtis for that, so they are not completely blameless!
Zero communication
This is beyond a joke: get a response after 5 days with request to email them and this is what happens....

I am an ex SVS client
I am an ex SVS client. I have a cash balance with ITI Capital and shares. I sent in the withdrawal cash form which should have been dealt with in three working days. I have heard nothing. I keep ringing but no reply. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Avoid ITI Capital at all costs!!!!!!
I recommend any potential client avoid ITI Capital like the plague. They are quite simply charlatans and thieves offering the worst customer service I have ever known. I am sure ITI capital will write a reply to my review stating they would like to help if I supply my full name and contact details, however I have contacted them numerous times in the last few months to transfer my assets to an alternative broker and withdraw my cash. ITI Capital have not answered any of my countless emails and the one time I did manage to get a representative of the company on the phone they completely failed (or declined...) to do anything that they promised. Avoid this company at all costs!!!!! I didn't have a choice as an ex-SVS customer, but if you do have the choice you will thank me for reading this first. Quite simply the worst platform, customer service and ethics I have ever encountered.

21'st Century Denigration.
To all ex SVS clients,
I would like to offer a suggestion regarding the exceptionally (rare) review about how ITI is, competent with good levels of service. I would suggest it is a review sent out by ITI Capital as a ruse to deceive and detract from the hundreds of complaints made every week about their appalling service, "sorry what service", that was thrust upon us by the equally appalling Leonard Curtis. ITI have also posted their response to other reviews too, and have you noticed they all read the same, "get in touch (HOW) with our account team (WHAT ACCOUNT TEAM) and a member of our team (WILL) be happy to (HELP) you". Their review also stated they have been operating a competent successful business for twenty years. How can that be when they have changed their company name so many times. Small companies who constantly change their name are trying to deceive the public to imply they are a legitimate business, but in fact a futile attempt to deflect all derogatory comments and bad press associated to their currently registered name. I'm hopeful and confident a full investigation will soon be taking place of these useless arrogant and manipulative, corrupt despots. Finally to use that famous Arnold Schwarzenegger phrase, "I'LL BE BACK".
As a long-standing ITI client…
As a long-standing ITI client (previously ODL/FXCM and Walbrook) my experience has been quite satisfactory.
On boarding with ITI has been at par with any of the other leading broking platforms - without hitches.
The sales and compliance teams are proficient and made life simple for moving existing stock and funds. The interface works. No delays on sale proceeds, no hidden charges, no annoying antics by the owners.
ITI works for me and my trading strategies.
Sorry, I can’t relate to the SVS client base. ITI have been around for over 20 years, so much more to the story than what you read online from disgruntled new clients, some who I suspect, are being rather unfair.
No communication
No communication, can't withdraw funds.
They have all but stolen my money.

Put your money elsewhere!
Requested an account transfer 3 months ago and ITI have still not provided the required information to my alternate broker - and no communication at all!
Put your money elsewhere.
Ridiculous!

A company that appears to not give a damn.
I have a number of tickets in their system, and have been waiting four months for a reply. A transfer has been in the system for almost four months, with no reply to any emails sent. I was informed it would be between 6-8 weeks. It is now 11 with no response from ITI at any point during this process.
The delays are clearly with ITI. And they are woefully under resourced in order to deal with the number of client accounts brought over from SVS.
I'd like to give a positive review, but find it simply impossible to do so at the moment when the company clearly have little to zero intention of providing any customer service. The relevant heads for such a shocking service should be dismissed on the grounds of incompetence.
In response to ITI on here, yes i do. They have sent me an update stating yourselves are dealing with a backlog (since the intial transfer request went in with them. Thank you.

Try this to get your money
After 9 phone calls and 9 promises of a call back - none of which ever happened, I have finally got my money back.
If my strategy can help anyone else here are the key points.
1. Be persistent- I called 1-2 times a day for over a week,
2. Threaten them with legal action - but mean it - on recorded phone calls and on email
3. Insist on your call being escalated to a 'customer service analyst’. They will tell you they can't transfer calls....the reality is that they can - but you need to be determined
4. Don't accept offers of calls back - tell them you will hold for as long as it takes. Use two phones to call them so if you are put on hold for too long on one line - you call them on the other phone
It shouldn't be this hard....but it is

Just like everyone else here I am an…
Just like everyone else here I am an ex-SVS customer trying to get my small holdings transferred to another broker. I did not get an opportunity to request the transfer till Sep/Oct 2020 and although I filed all the documents as requested promptly, I am still waiting on 25th Jan 2021 to get this transfer completed. Several phone calls in Nov/Dec 2020 resulted in repeated reassurance that everything was being 'expedited' but to no avail. I filed a formal email complaint via their complaints process in late Dec only to be given another few rounds of repeated reassurances that they are 'looking into it' are 'checking with their operations team' and are expecting the transfer backlog to be cleared in a matter of days, however, there is no mention of a firm date for the transfer or any estimate of the time this might take.
I feel that everyone here should take collective action via the Financial Ombudsman or similar to get redress and also to hold the administrator to account for delivering such a shambolic outcome for all the affected investors after enduring a year long wait to access their SVS investments. I've started looking into launching a formal complaint. Anyone else who has already started this or can share any links/info?
I just cannot believe that in this day and age, where we are told all the time via public service messages about how the regulators are protecting small investors, a company of this sort can exist and continue to mistreat clients that it itself willingly bid to acquire, and break all the rules of fair treatment with impunity in spite of publicly voiced complaints.

ITI Capital - Avoid, avoid, avoid...
Having been introduced to ITI Capital through the downfall of SVS - I'm still struggling how the FCA thought this company was in any way shape or form the best solution.
Our funds were transferred to ITI at the start of Aug'20. I requested a transfer to my other existing broker a few days after. I am still waiting for them to complete this - which is now almost 6 months later!! This is for a simple ISA & shares transfer, nothing exotic.
When trying to get updates the customer service is non-existent. Emails go answered and you are lucky if you ever manage to get through to talk to someone.
Avoid unless you like stress for no good reason.

Pretty much the same as everyone else…
Pretty much the same as everyone else on here. Ex SVS customer who has had nothing but problems with this shambolic company. No response to emails or phone calls of which there have been several,no access to my account and won't even transfer my shares over to another company. Absolute disgrace and I'm of the belief the FCA and the Omsbudsmam should review how they deal with such companies or they will keep getting away with treating customers this way. I've also taken the precaution of reporting them to the Action Fraud Team as it feels like I'm being cheated.
