Do not buy - Impossible to connect
This watch doesnt work. It rarely connects to the app or stays connected. Through many emails, the companies resolution was to reset the watch every time. So, everday I wake up I am supposed to reset it, reload all my data inputs and hope it stays connected all day. I told them that maybe this particular watch has an issue. Could they send me another to try.
FINALLY, they said they would but I had to pay the charge for shipping and processing and also pay for the shipment of current watch, back to them. Charges would have been more than the cost of the watch paid. No thanks. When I said no, they should be covering, their response was to have a call to cover connecting the watch. Not to say, ok we will send you a new one at our cost since this one is defective.
Throwing the watch away and going back to my other watch. It always stays connected and is very user friendly unlike this one.
Only positive thing I can say is that they communicate quick responses. They might not be a response you want, but you arent waiting days to hear from someone.
Worst product I’ve received
Worst product I’ve received. Has not worked correctly at all, does not log steps, heart rate or sleep. I have tried without success to use the warranty to have it replaced and just get email after email to try new steps to troubleshoot. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with.

The app doesn’t proceed forward and you can’t bypass this step. So at this time I can’t use the app at all. My watch does not show the correct time. I have been deleting and installing the app over and over but same i can't access my account. It is very useless. What should i do to this watch?

I have had this watch for 2 years and it worked great until they demanded the new app to be used. The company doesn't care because they already have their money. It sucks!!! Won't stay connected and now it changed the watch face. It's locked up waiting for new watch face. Useless to say the least. The company definitely doesn't care about their customers once they get paid.

Don't buy! Buyer beware!
Don't buy! They don't work correctly and the company won't refund the money for the product! In face they want additional money to "warranty" the "defective" product. Everytime I try to explain the situation to the company I get the same copy and pasted response over and over telling me I have to pay more money to replace a product I no longer want. They don't back their own products why should we?

Watch keeps disconnecting from app
Watch keeps disconnecting from app. It’s almost impossible to pair phone with app. Switching blue tooth on and off as directed, reinstalling app and occasionally it works. After finally getting connected, the next day it’s disconnected again. Happens regularly. Nice watch but terrible connectivity.
Don't waste your time or money
I've had this watch for several months it sucks. If you put in ham it'll list graham crackers, doesn't recognize vegetables etc. If you want to see how much coffee and water you drink this is the watch for you, otherwise don't waste your time or money

I really wish I had read these reviews before buying. I bought this watch in the UK. The battery lasts less than 24 hours. When I tried to claim on the warranty I found out there isn't one!

Don't buy iTouch anything!
I purchased an iTouch wearable from Kohls. It took several days to get the watch actually connected. (I am an IT professional and it was very difficult to connect). After connecting, the watch faces would not update. The default watch face is in colors I can't see due to color blindness. The watch is useless to me and I took it back to Kohls. They denied the return as it was 10 days past 30 day return policy...so I went to iTouch support and was told I had to get a refund from Kohls not them. Now, I have a useless watch and out $30. Recommend NOT buying the watch, spend the xtra money and get a Fitbit, they are rock solid and easy to use!!
I will no longer be shopping at Kohls either, they are going down the tubes and it shows!
Not Fit For Purpose
I bought the iTouch 3 Air on a Mediterranean Cruise, being highly recommended by the salesman in the duty free shop. What a mistake!!!
Firstly, BUYER BEWARE! The warranty offered for this watch is only valid in the USA. Ridiculous really when it is sold all over the world. Secondly, after only 15 weeks of wear it started to rust on the underside due to a small amount of sweat. If I was a young man using the watch in my exercise regime it would be bad enough, but I am 70 years old, don't do any exercise, and certainly do not abuse my watch.
I tried to claim under warranty and was told by Ross G, one of their "Customer Experience Specialists", and I quote, "After carefully reviewing the information you sent, we regret to inform you that this isn't covered by the warranty and this falls under the wear and tear category". How can 15 weeks sedentary use when it rusts on a normal arm and not immersed in water, be NORMAL wear and tear?
The final nail in the coffin in this sad saga is, Ross G offered me "As a thank you for sticking with us, we would love to offer you a discount on a new purchase. Please use code: ####### for 20% off your next purchase should you be interested." Why oh why would I even consider wasting more money on more product that is not fit for purpose?
iTouch would not offer any compensation apart from a future discount. If you are considering buying this watch, your choice, but consider the above.
Shocking Product
I have had bad experiences with the sport 3 smartwatch and a few better experiences. Their updated app is much better than their first app. However this smartwatch very easily loses or drops the connection. The Blood Oxygen feature doesn't work on their new phone app but does seem to work on the sport 3. The Heart Rate numbers are never accurate. The steps tracker are always off by hundreds of steps. Watch was given to me as a gift by my wife or I would have tossed it long ago. Plan to purchase Galaxy Smartwatch 6 soon. This watch is so disappointing. The company should be monitored more closer by regulatory and consumer agencies. They seem to have major problems with their products and consumer protection. Disappointed 😞

Do not purchase this watch at this time. They have a new updated app that is not complete and will not work with current watches being sold. They also cannot tell you when it will be complete and able to connect to the watch. They swapped out the watch I purchased with another watch under the warranty and it doesn’t work either. Now they’re claiming they can’t return my money because it’s after my 30 days.

Bought the Air3 smartwatch and app refused to connect to my phone despite my many attempts. I did everything as they instructed and still no success. I called, waited on the phone for over half an hour for their so called "support" but no response, prompt asked me to leave my number to be called back, I'm still waiting. I emailed, their address rejected my emails several times and the worst part is there's no means of returning their product.
These people are just CROOKS.

I bought my itouch sport 3 on Fred Olsen Balmoral cruise on 18.April 2022 was found faulty within 2 weeks.
It was under warranty but for replace it, they wanted me pay full shipping cost. Been told:-

I purchased the itouch air3 in December 2022 about a month and a half ago the watch wouldn't stay connected to the app and the sides started peeling. I emailed 3 times never got a response finally found a number to call. I called only to have the customer service representative have me do the normal steps that I had done repeatedly. She (Vern) asked for my email so she could send me information about getting a replacement watch. They asked me to pay a $10 replacement fee and then said I would have to pay to ship the defective watch back. Seriously?? Why would anyone pay more money to a company that has defective merchandise??
