Very disappointed in this watch
Very disappointed in this watch! I constantly needs to be reset, which is annoying! I'm going to return it as soon as I can for a refund.

My account would always be deactivated so I’d always have to make a new account on their app and my watch is great but can’t stay logged into an account for longer than a day or less and I’m on the app and using the watch don’t know what the issue could be app is very glitchy and always has a ssl issue or the page to login by web is always blocked due to being unsecured

It's what I expected.
I just picked up the air 3 yesterday at a local Target. I was excited as I have been looking at these for longer than I normally do with this type of thing. But never pulled the trigger as I expected them to be junk. So, finding it at a place I can quickly take it back was a big plus for me.
The first 24 hours with the watch brought absolutely no surprises. The weather app doesn't correctly update, the step tracker and heart rate are incredibility inaccurate (verified against an Apple watch, the readings weren't even close). The interface is so unoriginal and clunky that calling it vanilla is almost giving it to much credit. This is a very basic watch, that has very basic functions. It utilizes the same ARM processor (Mediatek mt2502) that every Apple clone uses (Side by side comparison of a cheaper version my stepson has and there was ZERO differences in build quality, performance and features).
With that said there is nothing wrong with buying something that looks like what you really want but for a fraction of the price. Just don’t expect it to preform anywhere close to any of the heavy hitters that engineer their own stuff. iTouch wearables are a well marketed Apple watch clone that promises the world but comes up short in every way possible but telling time. It’s simply a digital watch that has a limited number of watch faces and interchangeable bands. If you expect it to be anything more than that you’re going to be disappointed.
I plan on returning mine later this week. I don’t see any reason to keep it and if I end up having a change of mind, I’ll just pick up an off branded one from Amazon for 1/3 of the price.
DO NOT buy this piece of junk
DO NOT buy this piece of junk. In 9+ months I had 4 failed watches. Still under warranty I requested a refund. They would not do that. Instead they sent me another sports watch. In addition to the cost of the watch they do not cover shipping the watch back to them. If you want a quality sports/running watch buy a Garmin. Forerunner 55 is 199.00 and the features are awesome. In my opinion, Itouchwearables should be shut down due to the "junk" they sell.
DONT BUY FROM HERE
I wish I had read the reviews before I had paid $65 for a watch that doesn't work. And as I live in the UK they want me to pay $75 for a new one.
Had several email conversations trying different things to get it going and it will not charge and work.
This is disgusting service and I would never recommend them.
As I brought it on a cruise ship that sailed from UK. I would think you would cover this on your warranty

Overall great experience
Overall great experience. I absolutely love my itouch watch. It tracks my steps, calories & sleep and the 30 day battery life is great! Customer service rocks - they got back to me immediately when I had a question.

I've had 3 watches in the last 18 months. Each time the watch proves difficult to charge then looses its charge altogether.
The latest watch has slowly lost 90% of its functions and only holds a charge for 12 hours.
Extremely poor product.
This watch is not worth it!
This is the 3rd iTouch Wearable Slim that I've received, due to the first two not working or charging. This one shows it's connected but the watch face doesn't change when I try to set up the time. The watch vibrates but doesn't do much else. This watch is good for nothing. I only wanted it to track my steps but I can't even do that! I've paid $11.00 in postage returning the first two and refuse to pay another cent to return this one. My son is a techie person and he said the watch is worthless. He's also tried to make it work but it does NOTHING!
Poor customer service
Poor customer service. After sending an email that my question was answered, I received 4 different ones asking if my question was answered. Returned 2 watches, as they were not what I expected, but they did not refund my total amount as if they kept shipping charges that I never paid for and I had to pay to ship them back.

My itouch wearable exceeded my expectations. It was a Christmas present from my grandson and beats all similar devices. It's easy to navigate, keeps its charge for 10-14 days and is 100% waterproof. I don't know what my grandson paid but it far exceeds value for money.

ABSOLUTELY USELESS! No support whatsoever, watch packed up after just two (2) months and the response was that I need to send it back to the U.S. and include $9.99 for the return but, if you read their terms and conditions it states that their warranty only covers the U.S!!
The response from their so called "customer service" was completely useless, and I'm not the only one who feels this way, check out the web site ReviewsTalk.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS!
