Ultra easy to install
Ultra easy to install, and so far iTrack is doing everything it says on the tin - looking forward to testing it out in various ways! They were also fast to respond to my enquiry with a useful, straightforward response - and recommended a product that was right for me, which also happened to be the cheapest option. Big thumbs up.

I bought the Itrack Caravan Angel over a year ago and found this product to be great and accurate. When I did have a problem ( of my own making) the company responded virtually immediately and assisted me to rectify it. Awful. App keeps crashing. Just get white screen. Support told me ‘well my app is working fine’. Website security certificate saying unsafe. So I can’t track my van. Terrible.

Expensive mistake. Not long life at all .
Bought a caravan angel GPS tracker from this company as their website states the 'long life' battery lasts up to 3 years. Set up was quite easy, had to ring the helpline who were very helpful, and got it up and running.
The user interface isn't that self explanatory as it's designed for car fleet operators but once you get used to it it's ok .
The issue with this product is the battery died after 17 months and the caravan has only been towed a handful of times. This is key as, when stationary, the GPS unit only emits a signal once every 24 hours so should have lasted the claimed 3 years. Had I been out regularly in the caravan it wouldn't have lasted 12 months!
So, with the fairly expensive purchase price and £30 for a new battery this becomes an expensive choice and one that doesn't live up to it's claims of having a long life battery.
When changing the battery there is a risk of damaging the unit so other GPS systems quickly become much more attractive.

Great product easy to use although sometimes it’s a little slow tracking on google maps but this may be due to signal strength and not the product itself

Yes this can sometimes be a case of Google Maps being slow or the signal in the area not being the best. You can always choose to buy a subscription for your device and activate live tracking at anytime meaning you can view it on our app / software.

A small issue after paying for subscription was resolved quickly
Overall you get what you pay for, this is more of a consumer product rather than a professional tracker that costs hundreds of pounds
If you just want something non critical in a small family car then it's fine
I recommend adding sms tracking option
