Great service and great to use wrmell done

I had a devil of a job trying to renew my annual subscription on-line. Just kept going around in circles. Best option is renew by phone. Very helpful and simple.

Only had the unit set up for 2 weeks. But so far very impressive and very easy to set up.. would definitely recommend..

Great service

I purchased a tracker, but within three months of use, it started going offline frequently. When I contacted customer service, they refused to acknowledge a fault with the device. Instead, they consistently blamed the issue on insufficient credit, even though I had topped up less than two weeks prior to my call. To eliminate this as a potential cause, I added more credit. After they sent a signal to the tracker, it briefly came online but went offline again within a minute.

Their next explanation was poor signal, which I found implausible since the van is constantly on the move. Just like a mobile phone with a SIM card, I would expect the tracker to regain signal within minutes—not remain offline for days. Their final excuse was the tracker’s placement in the van, despite it being in the exact same position as the trackers in my other three vans, all of which work perfectly.

I experienced a similar issue with a faulty tracker a year ago. After countless emails, complaints, and even sending the tracker back for testing, they finally admitted the fault and replaced it. This current situation feels like history repeating itself, and I am frustrated with the lack of accountability and support from customer service.

Great devices and customer service.
I had to renew my subscription and could not get to my tracker to get imei number and had not bothered to set up an account with them.
No problem, they found mu number from my app login and sent it to me with a link to renew.

Bought a mini tracker that we thought would be ample for what we needed. I found it it wasn't what I expected for it to work. So I contacted itrack who were very helpful in letting me Return it for a full refund and I purchased a more substantial one that I needed. They were very helpful and efficient. Would recommend. Thanks itrack loving the new tracker.

Cheap, Cheerful and Very Effective.

A good independent tracker that gives you ability to be informed if the caravan or vehicle is moved out of a geo fen e or moving. You can hide it where the OEMs is not to make it more secure for you. However with the standard default settings we expected the battery to last somewhere between two to three years , our one lasted 10 to eleven months.... However the subscription and battery replacement costs makes it tolerable..

The itrack gives me everything needed to track our vehicles. Exactly where they are and every movement and what they are doing. Perfect would highly recommend. I have purchased more trackers for our other vehicles as so impressed

Gives me great peace of mind from anywhere in the world easily. The car was in a workshop for a couple of weeks and a could track it's exact movements. Even when it was on the back of a lorry, too and from the garage.
