Very simple to use with great online videos. It’s even better that it is run by an app instead of having to use another phone! 3 year battery life is a bonus. Just switched it on, paired it with the app and sorted the subscription. Job done!!

Great customer service
This company have been really helpful.
I bought one of their trackers second-hand on eBay and set it up as best I could. After a few days, the device suddenly seemed to lose power for no obvious reason, going from almost 100% to 5% overnight.
Even though the item was used, the company could not have been more helpful when I emailed asking for help. They set the device up remotely for me, and since then it has been fine touch wood.
If it does turn out that the previous owner has not looked after the internal battery properly and the problem persists, I will not hesitate to buy new from them.

Great simple system to use with plenty of options if you are a single user or run a fleet. Extremely cheap to buy and yearly subscription costs are very low. Also very easy to install.

The TK102 is a great little device! The annual subscription for the TK102 is actually optional. If you choose not to have it, you can just track the device via SMS tracking from your mobile phone (you call the sim card in the device and it sends you a text back with a link to google maps!) which is really easy and cost effective. Buying a subscription allows you to see the device live on our software, iTrack Live.

A terrible waste of money
A terrible waste of money. I paid £45 for the mobile tracker and £50 for a two year subscription. A full charge of the battery lasts about one day; so if you’re putting the device in a hard to reach place in your car, be prepared to take it out again daily to charge. The accompanying app is equally as useless. Data shown is confusing and limited to journey, which never seems to change. I certainly wouldn’t recommend at all.

The battery life on the Mini tracker will vary depending on many factors and operating conditions.
I suspect you are using the device in live tracking mode where the unit is constantly using mobile data and consuming power which will significantly reduce the battery life.
For vehicle tracking, it is always advised to install a wired device to eliminate battery life restrictions.
We do offer a hard wire kit for the Mini tracker - this always the device to be connected to a permanent power source. Maybe this is something that could appeal to you.
Once again, sorry that you were not happy with the product but please understand that battery consumption is out of our control.

works well and does exactly what its supposed to, my only criticism is that their website isn't very good and renewing your subscription is awkward, sometimes when you select the subscription you want and it asks you to sign in (even though you are already signed in) it can take you round in circles.
