I have ordered twice from IT resale. The first time, during delivery the screen had an issue but they refunded me and arranged the return of the item with minimal fuss. The second time everything went smoothly - very helpful and responsive comms and the monitor is excellent value for money. I can hopefully stop squinting now!

Sony Bravia 55 UHD Smart TV for less than £330. What’s not to like!

Bought a couple of refurbished screens for work. They came in good time and were extremely well packed (cant stress enough just how well packed they were). Items work a charm. I have no hesitation in recommending based on what has been a very good experience.

I've ordered from IT Resale twice now and can definitely recommend them - really great prices on refurbished monitors and other bits, shipping is fast and you get updates at each step so you're not left wondering where something is or when it will arrive, and both monitors I've purchased have been in great condition and worked exactly as expected. Will definitely return here again next time I need any of the things they sell!

I came across their website by chance and was surprised by their prices and availability of monitors. I spoke to someone on the phone as I was worried what their website stated was not what they had in stock. I was assured their web site was up to date. I ordered a few monitors and they were delivered the next day. So impressed I ordered 10 more the next day.

Bought a monitor at a really good price - was asked what cable I wanted as had both VGA + Displayport and I asked if it was possible for a Displayport to Mini-Displayport if they had one and if not just a plain Displayport cable - they sent both!

The staff are friendly and honest, they will give you all the details you need and even help you in case you need additional information or are not computer literate. The product was delivered sealed as promised with even the warranty details being confirmed before purchase. I will certainly buy from them if they have what I am looking for.

Service was fast, effective and the item was exactly as advertised.

If I could be at all critical, I would say it's a bit complicated to sort by available stock. There's a lot of "Out of stock" items which is understandable, but it'd be nice to filter them out when returning to the site and looking "What's new".
