My son and I went to buy a monitor today as part of my son's 10th birthday presents.
Kamren went out of his way to help us and provided an excellent and friendly service. We were very impressed and left with a great product at a very good price.
I'd highly recommend Itresale.

Avoid.
The monitor was blown on the 24th of December and the order was placed on the 7th of June and arrived a few days later.
The response was that it had passed the 6 months returns policy. BY 2 WEEKS!! And they won't look into it.
By the way, the original cable was damaged and they sent a replacement cable end of June. The monitor hadn't been used til then.
No empathy, just that nothing can be done as it had passed the returns policy.. Again, by 2 weeks...
I was planning to buy more stuff I need as I am currently work from home but I got them from Amazon instead. I work in customer service as well and I know that there are policies however everything should be looked into case by case. Extremely disappointed..

I was looking for a usb 3.0 docking station with a video output port. Amazon was no good and only showed me usb-c and the odd ludicrously expensive usb 3.0. IT Resale had exactly what I was after for £17.99. Delivery was free and next day via Parcelforce which is amazing. The item even came with a DVI to VGA adapter.

Came across them via Google. Will be using again next time I need anything computer related.

First monitor arrived promptly but had a small fault on the screen on power up. After an email & quick call a replacement was ordered, the other collected and within 2 days I was all set up. Great customer service and product. I will be buying another refurbed monitor from IT resale very soon.

Good price for a refurb, arrived quickly, well packed and working.

Bought a used 55" monitor. Arrived quicker than expected, very well packaged and protected. Screen works perfectly, and condition is exactly as described.

Cannot recommend this company enough Mike and Lisa (I think that's her name) were really helpful they talked me through various options as I am not great with computers, there was no upselling which I found refreshing in this day and age, delivery was spot on and the item was as described, well worth the purchase and i will use again

10/10 service, just amazing.

Bought a pair of Dell Ultrasharp U2518D monitors, refurbed grade A. Condition even better than expected - maybe the odd minor scuff on the case in not very visible locations but otherwise looked near new. One did have a fault on delivery but one phone call arranged pick-up of the faulty unit next day and delivery of an equally good-condition, working replacement the day after. Really can't complain about the customer service - helpful, responsive and fast. Would recommend.

Very quick, efficient service! Would highly recommend. I had to make an amendment to my order, which was processed straight away with great customer service.

I had a self-inflicted issue with a Z440 that I had purchased - reconfiguring the BIOS caused the display output to stop!. Ibrahim and his colleagues pulled out all the stops to try and resolve the issue, even sending a replacement graphics card in case the original had failed. In the end I managed to resolve the problem myself, but at no point did Ibrahim say he wasn't going to help because the problem had been caused by me. Excellent customer service !!

Purchased a lovely looking monitor but sadly, it went bad. I contacted the customer services and they without missing a beat offered to send me a replacement monitor out the next day. Even though we were outside our contracted warranty term. Which was unexpected but a very nice and much appreciated gesture. It's been a hard year for us all but it's little things like that that make life a little more bearable.

I wanted to purchase a sit/standing desk and dual monitor set-up. I had used IT Resale sister company for the office chair before and got a great deal on a real fully functioning chair. Whilst they only had the Varidesk corner 48s to start with, I was proactively called when they had 36s in but because these did not have the same functionality I did indeed decide to purchase the 48. Kamren took photos of the items, ensured I got the latest models of the monitors I wanted, sent me a link to a port replicator which would suit my needs because they did not have one in stock and packaged it all together at a package price - he then found a courier who would transfer it to Yorkshire as this was more than their normal transport distance. Very pleased with the result, all working well and would recommend that you save yourself £££s on the new price of this kit by buying from IT Resale
