I ordered a saddle on 16th Aug 2021

I ordered a saddle on 16th Aug 2021 - I am still waiting 1st Nov 2021. I have been promised a refund but that has not arrived either. I wish I’d read these reviews before I parted with my money. I am now going to contact my bank to see what they can do. Disgusting to rob people like this and get away with it. I’m not sure who to report them to but they should not be allowed to continue robbing people.

Same complaint, ordered horse rug 31 days ago, nobody returns calls or responds to emails and no product. I will be contacting trading standards today.

Been waiting for fly masks for about…

Been waiting for fly masks for about four months, been in contact with the multiple times and been told multiple times they’re going to call me the next day with an update easy. But they haven’t. I’ve asked for a refund, no refund issued, still waiting.

Order was unfulfilled and refused a refund

I ordered items 21st June and was aware of a 16 working day delay. Now at the end of September and no sign of my order. Made numerous phone calls to be promised my order would be resent but no tracking details ever provided as promised. Customer services women even boasted she had my order in her hands and she would ensure it would be posted that evening via tracked service . All sorts of excuses given, brexit, delivery drivers etc . They promised a goodwill gesture but I never received this. I finally requested a refund and was promised a phone call to sort this. No phone call received so in the end I did a chargeback via my bank. They no longer accept PayPal so ensure you pay by credit or Visa card as this is the only way to recover your money when the goods don’t arrive. I would advise to avoid this company to avoid disappointment

Got a call from it's all a bit horse…

Got a call from it's all a bit horse today as I have requested a charge back from my credit card. They were sorry for my order slipping through the net. I said reading the reviews, lots of orders slip through the net. They claimed this isn't correct and that lack of staff and transport issues have been the problem. mmmm - my order was August and its October tomorrow. They have only contacted me now I want my money back despite emailing and leaving messages asking to cancel my order.
Would never consider using them ever again. Worst service ever.

Definitely a SCAM

Waiting on goods for over ten months. Bad at returning calls. Communication within the company is non existent!

I now think this is a scam as they take your money and you don’t receive your goods.

Do not ever buy from this company.
6 months I waited on a fly sheet and rug for it never to arrive and constantly fobbed off on the phone several times,excuses after excuses to be told its despatched,which it never was,eventually got refund after saying I'm going to trading standards.
So avoid like the plague as you will never see the goods but they will take your money!

This company are a disgrace

This company are a disgrace, I've been waiting for an order since April 2021. Can't get hold of staff because no one is answering the phone. Voice mail left saying they are looking into my order to no avail. I will report this company to watch dog and trading standards. Do not use this company.

Scam company

Lady is pleasant enough on the phone but after 3 months of what I thought was just incompetence is in fact a scam. Endless made up excuses and no item received. Avoid them like the plague. Not sure how they survive, maybe people just give up after a while ?

My problem mirrors the same as everyone elses ..
Ordered a rug in april ..still not recieved it .promised its been sent out on numerous occasions but still never came ..promised a refund still not had it .
please horsey folk dont use this site

My daughter ordered a fly rug in April 2021,which has never been received! rang and messaged numerous times and contacted on Facebook to find out where the order is. Finally after writing a horrible message on one of there Facebook posts they messaged me to ask for a phone number. They rang me and said they had to speak to my daughter (fair enough, but my daughter works with horses during there opening hours so finds it difficult to find time as so busy) on the occasion she did speak to them on a day off they said that all orders had been sent out and they would need to contact the courier and they would ring her back in a few days. She also told them to ring me as I'm more available then her and surprise surprise we still haven't heard anything. Unfortunately when the order was placed it didn't give an option to pay by PayPal so I can't claim my money back through them either. DO NOT ORDER from them! You will not see the item or your money again!

I order a single item from them, a fun feeder ball for our horse. After a month of waiting we contacted them and it hadn’t even been sent! Another wait of two weeks and had excuses about delivery drivers and isolation, even saying they were going to add a “sorry” in the order package. Eventually after empty promises of sending more “sorry” packages 5 months later I have contacted PayPal to get my money back. Customer service is non-exsistant and hardly answer the phone. We will not be using them again.

Shocking company

Shocking company, no customer service after the first call. I ordered a pair of Imper chaps for my daughter October 2020, I never received them despite being told they were being delivered every week for 5 weeks . I eventually spoke with a lady who said it had all been refunded and NEVER received a penny back into my account . After several calls to them of which nobody picked up and several messages left and absolutely no response I gave up trying to get my money back they had just taken . AVOID AT ALL COSTS .

I placed an order on 10th June, after about a month of hearing nothing I phoned and left a message, they phoned me back to say they didn't have my number to let me know that colour I wanted was out of stock(they had my email but did not email me) they then said it would be sent the next week. Nothing arrived so I phoned them again and was told it was returned to them as broken but would be sent out again with a free gift, still nothing so phoned again each week and was told that the courier had abandoned his van and quit, but it would be sent next week, again nothing received so phoned yet again and asked for a refund, was told it would be refunded and sent out with free gift. Nothing received again, phoned again and left a crap comment on Facebook suddenly get an email confirming a refund d will be processed but I won't hold my breath! Do not use this company!

AVOID AVOID AVOID I would give them no stars if I could, you wait months on your delivery , then surprise surprise it hasn't been dispatched to them, you wait again,then a delivery has arrived to them but it has to go into quarantine and lo and behold your order isn't there, got fed up waiting , so asked for a refund, then that takes weeks to come through, get asked your size and your horses size as they are sending you a goodwill gesture for your patience, still waiting, about 4 months ago then they block you! AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!!

I placed an order with "Its All A Bit Horse" back on the 3rd April 2021.
With the covid crisis, I was expecting some delays so I let 7 weeks pass before contacting the seller by email, to get some update on my order. I did not get any reply to this email, so after a few weeks of radio silence, I decided to contact them through their website, with the "contact us" inbuilt messaging system. I did not get any reply from this attempt either. I now have tried to phone them several times and they are always letting phone calls going onto voicemail, nothing ever coming back from that either.

Having had absolutely no contact with the sellers despite my various attempt reaching them, I went on trustpilot to check if there were any reviews for this shop, and I was horrified to see I was just one of MANY people who fell for what seems to be a scamming company.

I reported the problem on PayPal, and received a refund immediately after the complaint was filed. Thank Goodness for PayPal, and take it from another poor sod, stay clear of It's All A Bit Horse!!!
