AWFUL

AWFUL - AVOID!!!!
Wish I had read these reviews before bothering to order. This company are useless and god knows how they are still in business!! Order placed 26th March...STILL WAITING!! Conveniently said parcel has now been sent but unable to log onto their tracking system to see where it is?! Hmmm ok!! They do not answer emails, you call them and they take a week to get back to you! Customer service when you do eventually speak to them is shocking!! Blame everything on Covid & DPD but take no responsibility of anything themselves. Avoid!!

AVOID!

AVOID!! I ordered an item from them in January. No show, no communication, just constant excuses and contradicting accounts depending on who calls you. Said they are sending the item multiple times, didn’t show up. Asked for a refund numerous times and have only just received this, after 4 months. Terrible customer service, they never seem to know what is going on and are rude. Do not waste your time and order from here!! Complete joke of a company

Order if your happy to wait 3 months

Ordered on 24th January 2021. Initially struggled to reach someone. Then got promised it would be with me in two weeks. After being fed so many different excuses after this, my order arrived with substitute items (they said one of my items got lost with DHL) I finally had my delivery on 29th April. I would say to anyone ordering if your happy to chase every day to get your order 3 months later then go ahead

APPALLING EXPERIENCE

Zero stars. Ordered a £25 rubber feed skip as a gift on 8th December 2020; received end of April 2021 after MUCH chasing by email and phone. And it's worse than a second - someone's hacked at it with a knife all round the top. I've now got the prospect of chasing a refund. So frustrating.

Avoid

Not being funny, but, I ordered on 22nd March and noted before ordering it would be 10 days not including weekends and Bank Holidays which I was fine with as it was taking into account covid/brexit. Today is 26th April so by my calculations 24 days so way over. I've chased my order numerous times and by various means, but just to be sure

You are not answering emails/messages
Your phones are not manned, and you dont man social media, how am I supposed to find out what's happening. 🤔 My last update was on 15th April, when I was told it was in quarantine and would be getting updates from the following Monday, this did not happen, therefore please send me a refund as I think I have been more than patient

Hopefully getting a refund in 7 days so no rug and out of pocket

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

WASTE OF TIME

Ordered item which never arrived, was expecting a delay but item went long over delivery time. Requested refund which has still not been done, no answer to emails or answer phone message. Feels very much like a scam company. AVOID

If I could give zero stars.....Avoid this company!!! Ordered an item on the 16th December 2020, I was aware the order took a bit longer to arrive. After about a month wrote an email and never received a reply, when you do get them on the phone you get one excuse after the other...I requested a refund ...this was 3 weeks ago ...nothing....I have opened a claim with PayPal now ....do not order from this company

Do not order

Do not order. Waited 3 weeks for my items to arrive which they didn't. Tried contacting them, waited for response etc but nothing. Had to open the case against them thru Paypal to get my money back, to which they said "Sorry you didn't receive items" and still didn't refund me. I then notified the Paypal that the seller didn't resolve the problem and they sorted it out. 2 months of troubles !!!

Shocking. Wish I had read reviews before I ordered. Ordered a month ago no contact. Send emails and they blaming it on the covid postal but don’t have a problem with anything else we get. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Zero stars, the worst customer service ever. "I'll get back to you tomoro" means they won't get back to you at all. I purchased 3 items in October 2020, have chased and chased and still no goods, no refund and no explanation. I'll be contacting trading standards now

Avoid this company

Avoid this company! Ordered at end of January 2021, with a 16 working day delivery time. Payment taken on 1st February. No order delivered or even dispatched by the 16 day mark. Tried getting in touch with company, but no emails are being answered due to Covid! Called and was assured my delivery would be with me the following week. It did not appear. Tried calling again, but no answer. Have had to open a dispute with my bank to get my money back. Poor customer service and very bad company to deal with.

AVOID!!

AVOID!!
Ordered an item on the 8th January website said would be delivered within 10 working days. Really difficult to contact, usually having to leave voicemails . Only received automated replies by email or messenger and nothing else.
When I did get a return call there were so many excuses , was told 4 weeks ago my item was coming in the next day as it had been delayed due to snow and covid but I would get a call letting me know it had been dispatched...... I heard nothing.
I have it a few more weeks still nothing, so started calling daily more stories so then asked for a refund, funny how they then started offering alternatives but at a greater cost!
Was told a refund would be processed, had to call my payment method and they got me a refund otherwise I’m sure I would be waiting for a refund that probably wouldn’t arrive. This company features often on a Facebook page with many people in the same situation, some been waiting 6 months or more.
Save yourself the hassle .

Horrendous customer service and failed to deliver and refund

This company buys goods to order, and do state their lead time (ie 3 weeks lead time, gives them time to use your money to go buy the goods and dispatch to you). But the actual time for delivery way surpasses that! They don't answer voicemails (and rarely pick up calls); don't answer facebook messages (whilst continuing to promote new deals on social media). When you do speak, you get contradictory information about the status of the order, and promises to come back to you with an update (these fail to happen). The service communication is poor at best, more accurately rude to the extreme. When you finally have enough of being left with no assurance that your order will ever be fulfilled, and ask for a refund, that doesn't happen either (and they can't give a date when they supposedly processed it, and can't let you speak to the person who deals with refunds, who might be able to provide this information...). Just shocking, the whole experience has been horrendous, and not one I'd ever repeat.
I'll stick to other online suppliers who can and do deliver.
Unfortunately I'm still having to regularly chase, to ensure I do get a refund (or as other customers have found they needed to do, "harrass" them into giving back money that doesn't belong to them...).
Avoid like the plague (or alternative pandemic). Unless you just want to lose your money (in which case I'd suggest donating to charity instead!)

Terrible experience... Don't do it there are good suppliers to be dealing with this one

Ordered in 2019 for that Christmas. Item didn't arrive, chased up via social media and email no response in fact they deleted my comments on posts. I posted on an equine scammers group to gage whether I was a one off or there was a wider issue. Soon discovered others with similar experiences. Representative from the business called extremely rude tried to blackmail me to remove the post and I would get my order. When that didn't work she resorted to screaming at me. Sadly they appear on the scammers groups regularly. I definitely would not recommend.

Terrible customer service - avoid!

I ordered an item from this company online on 5 Nov 2020, paid by Paypal. They called me on 25/11 and said item was being supplied from the Netherlands, they had problems with Brexit etc etc. and it should be with me within the next few days. Nothing received. I emailed on 9 Dec asking what was happening. No response. Called them on 19 December and they called me back. More excuses. Nothing received. Called again on 4 Jan, they called me back a day later. She didn't appear to know whether she actually had the item or not. Asked for a refund which they said would be processed within 7 days. Called them on 10 Feb as no refund and was told she needed to speak to the person who does the refunds and would call me back. She didn't. Called again on 12 Feb and left a mesage. She called me back and said she would "do the refund again" and it would be there by Monday 15th. It wasn't. Called 16 Feb and left an angry message. Decided to raise a Paypal dispute - but discovered I was just outside the 180 days allowed by paypal to raise a dispute since the original order date.
I then searched on a Facebook "equestrian scammers" page and found loads of references to this company - they have done the same to loads of people, it seems that they do eventually get the goods to customers or refund them but it takes months and loads of hassle and their customer service is truly appalling.They also delete any negative posts from their Facebook page.
I would never ever order from this company again and would suggest no-one else does either.
