Had Dr William Shum as my chemistry tutor. Really good learning experience because Dr. Shum prioritises drawing out the concepts into easy to understand diagrams. Makes everything a lot simpler.

My experience with Cherry Kung was very disappointing. Throughout our conversation, she was rude and unprofessional. It’s unfortunate that ITS employs a manager with poor service and weak English communication skills.

Based on this interaction, I would not recommend ITS Tutorial School. I hope the company invests in better training for their staff to enhance the quality of service.

Our experience at ITS has been excellent. We have been lucky to learn from kind, organized and goal-oriented teachers like Ms. Valerie Moore and Mr Pratik Choudhury who work closely with parents to enable students achieve their targets. The office staff are efficient and very responsive which makes scheduling smooth and hassle-free.

Lucky I found the tutor at ITS for my son IGCSE chemistry, he got a very high marks in this subject just because the tutor is excellent. Also the support staffs are very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend

The company is very well organized and responsive with a number of excellent communicators. But what has really stood out is the quality of the instructors - my daughter who is quite discerning was very pleased and impressed with the thoughtfulness and comprehensiveness of the instruction.
