Prior to my arrival at ITS, I had subpar scores studying in my old school back in England. ITS had managed to help me raise my scores in many ways. I didn't always follow the teacher's advice there, but the atmosphere was never horrible. It's a good place with many memories nonetheless.

After experiencing a lack of support and understanding for our child with ADHD in the HK schooling system, we enrolled her into ITS' A-Levels program.

ITS has been nothing but proactive and helpful with our child's education. The teachers at ITS are often well renowned ex-professors, teachers, and even professionals in their relevant fields, with great understanding of the curriculum. Their 1-1 format provides a completely catered and personal education experience for our child, who is now feeling empowered compared to her experience at competitive schools in HK.

The ITS admin team has a great understanding of university admissions and regularly keeps track of and supports our daughter in her application process. I highly recommend ITS for students who are facing difficulty in a highly competitive, and low teacher to student ratio classrooms.

ITS was exactly what was needed in our situation. Well organised, good quality delivery of tutoring and prompt with any communication. Would definitely recommend them if you find yourselves needing more help or have a child that needs more focussed learning. 1-1 teaching aspect is extremely valuable and helpful.

Studying for my IGCSE and IAL exams with ITS has been smooth and professional. During my IGCSE exam enrolment, I selected the wrong paper for my English exam by mistake, but Cherry quickly corrected it for me.

The tutorials at ITS are great. The tutors genuinely care, and they explain things in clear English. My Chemistry tutor Dr. Williams really makes sure I understand the material, not just memorise it for the exam.

Francine, my account manager, really goes the extra mile. She sends me an email 24 hours in advance to remind me of my classes and makes long distance calls calls if I did not show up in time. It’s also helpful all the sessions are recorded, so I can review them whenever I need.

I understand that there were so much email received by ITS during the exam registry period. Most of the staff were quite nice. However, I am highly dissatisfied with the attitude of the Examinations Manager Cherry Kung. It is so unnecessary to have red and bold texts in every reply. Many of my friends also had the same bad experience as me. If you were busy with the enquiries, why did you get the time to uppercase meaningless sentences? She didn't read my request carefully and just replied irrelevant things to me, making my application unsuccessful at last. I am always polite to everyone but what I received are rude replies without a single "thanks". If your staff are having heavy workload, just hire more to help. ITS earns a lot by holding exam right? It is not my responsibility as a customer, wasting time to send tons of email just for a single issue and tolerating your staff's rudeness.

The Biology teacher Pragya and the Chemistry teacher William have truly made a positive impact on my learning experience. I really appreciate their ability to break down complex concepts into easily understandable terms.

I made a request for my daughter's Alevel examination paper script on the result day. The request was promptly handled. I recieved her script within a couple of hours after request was made.

ITS has been an enabler for my son. We moved to HK just before Covid and faced into the various on again off again issues with schools switching between online and in person. Additionally the move to HK was not something that my son completely bought into. His last school year at his former school uncovered his challenges with the school and other challenges such as anxiety and bullying, which were impacting his ability to physically attend classes at his former school.

Not saying the road has been perfectly paved since transitioning to ITS for my son, mainly due his own approaches to his anxieties but ITS, the teachers and support staff have been extremely accommodating as we navigated those bumps in the road. Having him attend classes with teachers that he enjoys working with has been a huge relief.

Also my daughter who has been struggling with her Econ content at school has been receiving tutoring once a week from a great teacher who makes things relatable and enjoyable. She has become more engaged out her class work and is improving in her grades.

The staff are helpful and responsive and the my daughter's tutor (for iGCSE Chinese) is knowledgeable about the curriculum and helpful at focusing on my daughter's particular areas of concern.

The Chinese teacher Zoey understands the examination requirements well and able to provide appropriate support to prepare my son for IGCSE Chinese exam. I highly recommend her!

The guidance given by Mr. Danny Harrington to my son on writing UCAS personal statement was professional, structured and clear. What we appreciated most was his willingness to accommodate our request to review the statement in very short notice on a Saturday. Their Accounts Manager (Francine) and Administrator (Annie) are very helpful and quick in response. The service was seamless.

Really good teachers at ITS and management service is efficient for cancellation or for changing dates of lesson.

Great if you are trying to take exams as a private candidate.
