My tutor gives clear and detailed explanations of organic chemistry until I fully understand it. That makes memorisation a lot easier.

ITS staff are really nice and from the 4 staff I've been taught by, are very intellectual, have good teaching methods and are really good at getting the information needed into your head.

Also a minor, but nice and useful thing, they are good at remembering your names, for example, there are 1-2 staff I haven't even met that know my name somehow and greeted me when I arrived one time for my lesson

Finally, their exam process is better in my opinion compared to my old school solely because I don't have to wear my uniform, so what I'm trying to say is they are very good at providing exams and making taking exams easy, but what you wear is very chill and relaxed which I love,

The staff and teachers are really helpful and friendly.

ITS Education is supportive in almost every way. Apart from the variety of tutorials and services it offers, the administrators respond quickly to any enquiries through email and you could always communicate with the center if you need something more customized to your needs.

The teachers of ITS are very helpful, and they help me made rapid progress at school. The administrative staff of ITS can always respond to my emails quickly and efficiently. Thanks to ITS.

We used ITS for exam invigilation for our two daughters (10 and 8yrs old) who were sitting assessments for UK private schools.

We were initially directed to the British Council who were far more expensive.

ITS were very responsive and accommodating and were able to support a very last minute request with a tight turnaround time. They also took care and attention to make our girls feel as relaxed and comfortable as possible which was a nice touch and will have helped them perform as best as they could in a new environment and somewhat pressured exam situation.

The only negative was that their waiting area was very cramped and we had to sit on a row of 5 chairs by the reception desk for 4 hrs while waiting for the girls to complete their assessments. On the plus side the exam room was far more spacious based on the small glimpse that we got.

ITS Education Asia have hosted our exams in Hong Kong for a number of years, and have always delivered excellent service to us and our students.

Exceptional tutors - especially Danny, Gary and Amanda. The admin team is great as well - so much patience and understanding. Definitely my go to Tutorial center and have recommended to many friends already.

Overall the arrangement is good and the space for exam is sufficient. The stuffs are helpful in providing essential stationary if anyone needs them though I did not need help at all. However, the registration time before the exam is a bit unclear because I was not sure if it is necessary to arrive at the registration time or before the exam start time. I think changing the time of arrival to before the exam start time could be more convenience.
