It's Magic back in 1994 when I was only learning my craft and magic was still only a hobby for me. I moved to Galway 4 years ago and I perform regular all over this beautiful city. I visit it's magic regularly when I need quality cards and props that I use both professionally and also as a street performer. They are great to deal with and I'm lucky to have direct access to Ireland's only Magic Store. A family run business for over 25 years. Due to the lockdownI was unable to buy a birthday present for my grandson who will be aged 4. I researched as I wanted to be able to buy locally and as my grandson is into jigsaws, I was able to purchase 500 piece jigsaw plus a mat. The delivery was one day from the time I ordered and I was more than pleased. They were more than accommodating as my grandson is into dinosaurs.

Great selection of products and efficient delivery. Would recommend to anyone - especially if you’re looking for a fun jigsaw to keep the family entertained!

I've been coming here since I was a little boy and still love coming in now. Great range of products and always get great value for money. Decided to order online at christmas and same great value, arrived a day early. Would recommend in store or on the website.

I never received the item I ordered. I called and spoke to a woman who took all of my information after emailing them twice. She then told me someone would have to get back to me because she didn't deal with that kind of thing. I emailed twice again looking for a refund and was completely ignored. Terrible business, terrible customer service and would never order from them again or recommend to a single person.

UPDATE: I received communication from Martin @ itsmagic after leaving this review. Although it has been a couple of months of trying to sort this issue, he has rectified the situation and has been very understanding in the process. I do feel that this should have been sorted in a better time frame than this considering how many attempts were made but it is ending on a positive note which is always a good thing.

Absolutely horrific experience. I ordered an item 26/12/19 and never received the item. I contacted the company by phone twice and both times I was assured they were looking into it, both times they took my name, phone number and order number. I have yet to hear anything back. Stay away from this company! Appalling service, they will take your money and leave you high and dry.
