I cannot recommend ITSM Assist enough- the course was engaging, informative and easy to follow. The support I received was more than I expected and really helped me when it came to taking the exam. I will definitely be coming back for my intermediates!

This is an excellent course (ITIL4) - very well structured with great explanations to put theory into practice. I can't recommend it highly enough.

The course is interesting with helpful revision modules and plenty of mock exam questions.

I had an opportunity to have a face to face training with Trevor back in 2018 (ITIL v3) and had an online training this year (ITIL v4). Both super professional, well designed, easy to follow, methodically planned.

I have done ITIL training in 2 previous versions and Trevor was the best trainer by far.

I successfully completed IVIL v4 Foundation via E-learning in September 2020. ITSM Assist and Trevor Wilson have been fantastic.
I highly recommend the course content - they really provide a great service (10/10). A nice gesture was Trevor contacting me after passing my exam to pass on his congratulations.

So, back again to complete the ITIL4 MPT. One week of intense, well managed, documented and presented material saw me pass with a score of 85%

I have never received such excellent service as I have with ITSM Assist.

ITSM assist was with me every step of the way from asking questions about the Certification, learning my Cert, and taking the final exam.

The Instructor Trevor Wilson was amazing. He went out of his way on several occasions to assist me with any questions or concerns I had. Trevor was on another level of teaching, far above any of my experiences of my college instructors.

ITSM offered a great price, with outstanding customer service. I truly cannot express how satisfied I am with their services. If I am in a need for a Cert or anything they have to offer in the future, I will most defiantly be coming back.

I found ITSM Assist whilst researching the best way to do ITIL foundation on Reddit. I signed up for the online course + exam voucher. I managed to pass my exam first try without any prior knowledge of ITIL and without any external reference material.

I enjoyed the way that the course was broken up in to small 20 minute chunks which meant I could fit it around my work, although I did cram in quite a few hours just before my test.

Great online course aimed at the right level. However the highlight was Trevor’s knowledge, passion and the way he delivered the course. All this helped me pass the ITIL4 Foundation exam with flying colours. Looking forward to booking the next course in my ITIL journey with Trevor and the team soon. I took the online delivery option for ITIL V4 Foundation over 2 days. I passed the exam with flying colours which is a testament to how Trevor made the content easy to understand. Small class size so trainer was able to assist readily with clarifications etc. Trevor also highlighted the content likely to be tested in the exam and repeated the most important information multiple times, which I found helped with remembering it all. He also used IT and non-IT examples which was useful to me.

I came across ITSM Assist through a course I found on Udemy. I took and passed IITL 4 Foundation. I found the delivery style thorough, consistent and relaxed, with good real life examples of how the principles apply and good back office support from ITSM Assist for any questions I had. Exam fee plus retest was included in the price and was the cheapest course I’ve found which does not reflect in the excellent training I received. Highly recommended!
