The training I received from ITSM was first class and Trevor was an excellent trainer. I felt extremely well prepared for the exam and passed first time.

I would recommend ITSM and Trevor if you need any ITIL training. He is extremely passionate about the subject and cares about you getting the best from the course.

Trevor was really helpful, was able to impart an understanding of the topics through tales of his past experiences. This kept the content alive and helped me understand the concepts. Once I knew the concepts, the facts were easy to recall.

I have recently attended ITIL 4 Managing Professional course with ITSM Assist, it has been amazing experience from the time I booked the course through on boarding (fabulous website & e-Learning), the course material & structure, delivery mechanism and most of all Trevor's style of delivering the course made it easy to absorb the course in a relatively short time. I'd highly recommend Trevor to anyone who's looking to take ITIL journey.

I recently attended a weekend 4 day ITIL v4 Managing Professional Bridge course.
The standard of the training was first class and prepared candidates extremely well for the exam.
Trevor Wilson deserves a special mention - his pre-sale and pre-course communication was excellent, his delivery approach meant that the content was easily absorbed, and he was even there to answer questions out of hours if required. Nothing seemed too much trouble.
Highly recommended.

Great value ITIL v4 managing professional live online course. Trevor’s delivery style made the content sink in and regular summaries provided useful reminders of the material so that I felt ready to take the exam by the end of the week. Really helpful take away materials and papers provided as well which will help for real world reference and application of the knowledge. The online training content is very good and easy to use. The exam was easy to book online. Trevor also goes the extra mile and supports candidates by supplementing their learning and I have nothing but praise for ITAssist and would use them for any ITIL training.

I recently completed my ITIL 4 foundation and found the course and the exam process really user friendly. I had some issues accessing the course material in the beginning (entirely user error) but Trevor was very quick to respond.

The lessons were well paced and gave you just the right amount of information in one go, and the discussion function was great.

Overall I was really pleased with the content and delivery of the lessons.

I have recently undertaken a virtual ITIL v4 Managing Professional Transition Training from Australia and I must say that it was worth the late nights. Not only was the training first class but the way it was delivered encouraged great discussions between trainees to help cement the theories and concepts. Trevor has great practical experiences that help trainees align the course content to real life.

I've recently sat my ITIL v4 MP (5 day) course. This was the first time that I had sat a course remotely and I had some concerns with how the course would flow and how engaging it would be.
My trainer Trevor put these concerns aside within the first hour. The course was 2 way, really engaging and perfectly balanced in terms of content, debate and context. I particularly found how Trevor was able to apply context to the course. I personally found it one of the most enjoyable courses I've attended (and I've been studying ITIL for over 15 years)
I'll be keeping an eye out for the other v4 courses and when Trevor starts to advertise these, I'll be looking to book.
I'd recommend Trevor to anyone who is looking to either embark on their ITIL journey, or is a seasoned ITIL'er like me. I certainly learnt a lot from the week.

Trevor Wilson is a seasoned ITIL professional who genuinely cares about his students and goes that extra mile to address the key points using realistic life scenarios that create an impression. Any questions you have are readily digested and you are satisfied that you are "getting it".

Our class spanned the globe, with myself in San Francisco, another in Australia with the majority in UK, so quite reflective of our current worldwide teams following the sun. We were connected and working well on task, thanks to Trevor and his disarming personality that puts you at ease and instills confidence to lead.

With the 5 day course we were able to cover Foundation, and the Managing Professional key sections so that we rolled up ready for our exam on the Weekend.

100% pass rate for our class along with the guarantee to have a resit, should that have been necessary.

Fortunately we are now ITIL 4 MP certified, and Trevor is forever my favourite teacher, mentor and friend!!

I am giving five out of five, both the for the excellent coaching of Trevor Wilson and for the five day ITIL 4 Managing Professional Transition course, which could be described as a 5 day MBA course under Trevor`s guidance.

Trevor is a superb trainer, coach and mentor. He has many years of experience in IT Service Management, which he constantly utilised during this course to fantastic effect.

Trevor is very passionate about IT Service Management, which shone through every moment of this excellent course. He is also passionate about his students getting the most out of the course and delivering exam success for his students.

ITIL 4 Managing Professional Transition is a challenging course because it is a transitioning course from the ITIL 3 Expert to the ITIL 4 equivalent.
The world and IT has changed a lot since ITIL 3 was launched in 2007 and ITIL has therefore had to adapt to stay relevant. This means there is a lot more to cover under ITIL 4 than there was under ITIL 3.

ITIL has now morphed into Lean, Agile, Scrum, DevOps, Organisational change management amongst others, which makes for a full 5 days including evening work. That said, it is worth the commitment because you learn so much in a short amount of time under the tutelage of Trevor, who has been there and done it himself.

I attended one of Trevor's free online ITIL V4 overview sessions to get a feel for how the trainer presented himself. On the back of that I felt confident in booking the week long ITIL V4 MP course. It was a well-paced course with relevant content and real-life examples. I passed first time. I would recommend ITSM Assist to anyone looking to upskill their ITIL accreditations, where quality course content and an experienced Trainer, makes the world of difference to how confident you are bringing it all to fruition in the exam.

I attended this course w/c 20th July 2020, took the exam on the 26th and passed first time!!

This is in no small part due to the way Trevor presented the core material, and as importantly enhanced it with many practical examples to support the material.

Each day of the course was appropriately structured and timed to allow time to digest the material, whilst not overwhelming me with information.

Supporting material is good and plentiful, including numerous tests and mock papers to pit your knowledge against.

All in all, my second experience using ITSM Assist, albeit online live this time, as the first experience (a different course, of course) was e-learning. Both have been ideal vehicles to gaining the ITIL passes I have been seeking.

I successfully passed 'ITIL 4 Foundation in IT Service Management' exam just two hours after completing the two day course led by Trevor Wilson.
This is testament of what a great trainer can help you achieve!

I have successfully passed my ITILv4 Foundation exam first time due to ITSM Assist!

The 2 day online live classroom was excellent due to the educational presentations of the content provided by Trevor Wilson. Trevor has vast amounts of knowledge on ITIL having gone through several versions of the framework and adds that extra understanding of the subject!

From the live online course experience, Trevor makes sure you understand the subject and summarises each topic with exam related questions along with ones to extend your knowledge further. Trevor also is happy to take that extra little step and be engaged outwith the course to assist. I highly recommend ITSM Assist, and am grateful that I was able to come across them.

Passed my ITIL 4 Foundation exam with ease not least due to the very educational presentations of the content by Trevor Wilson. But more importantly Trevor has added that little extra understanding of the subject to spawn your own reflections further. Excellent stuff!
