Excellent service

Excellent service - my battery arrived within 2 working days. The team also refunded part of my postage when I forgot and ordered the cable separately (incurring separate postage charges)

Recent Battery Order

Recently completed an order with ITS Technologies and I received excellent customer service and support from initial contact through to after sales. Jonathan was quick to respond to my request for a quote and offered a price far better than others. Various payment method were offered which made the transaction simple. Once payment had been made I chose a delivery date suitable for me and the delivery was made at 9am that day. Unfortunately there was an issue with one of the products missing two cables, which was the suppliers fault not ITS Technologies, however it was quickly resolved and a replacement product sent out next day delivery. Couldn't have asked for anything more.

Great supplier

Ordered some Sunsynk batteries from ITS. Ben was very helpful in explaining VAT implications and arranging shipping to a remote area.
Price was reasonable, shipping fast and good customer service.
Recommended.

Excellent service and purchase.

Excellent Items, Not used yet, as have to build the carport/workshop to mount the panels on first. The panels came strapped to a pallet in an apex shape, which made them easy to hold and move, as I was expecting them flat packed. Securely wrapped too.
The last inner two panels were strapped separately, so bear that in mind if you are taking delivery alone, as I did. Delivery good, as the driver unloaded them to the top of my driveway, which was very helpful. Panels came without any damage in transit, so thumbs up to that. I would genuinely buy from them again.
