Unfulfilled claims from product
I tried their brn+ supplement for 3 months. This product was supposed to help burn fat, weight loss and a bunch of other claims. I took these daily for 3 months before my biggest meal of the day like instructed and I even changed my diet for the better during these months. After 3 months I weighed pretty the same, looked the same and even felt the same. I wouldn't recommend this product for what it claims to achieve.

Was not informed that I would be stuck…
Was not informed that I would be stuck with a 3 month subscription. I've been taking them for a month and gained weight. Not sure of the down falls when I stop. Do not want to be on this program anymore doesn't work for me!

IT WORKS IS TRASH & PRODUCTS DO NOT WORK!
I tried the Nex Gen Fat Burning 2.0 pills and the Slimming Gummies and they DO NOT work. I tried to cancel the subscription due to having two orders and the product being trash, HOWEVER It Works would NOT allow me to cancel UNLESS I paid $40! That was better than paying the $100+ for the trash product, so I did it to avoid more trash product and an additional $60 over the cancellation fee! I advise to RUN from It works! Their products DO NOT WORK!

Great weigtloss and health products…
I had to lose 2 stone and had been struggling to get motivated as it seemed an impossible task. Then in March this year I decided to give my diet a helping hand and try some it works products
I brought a pack that included a 2 day cleanse, skny gummies and thermofight. Within the first 2 weeks I was 10lbs down and within a few months I'd reached my goal!
6 months on I've maintained my goal weight and have moved on from the weight loss products to super greens and aloe Vera to maintain good health.
I was sceptical at first but products really worked for me.

Trued and tested with great resultsI
I've taken a few different products over the lady year or so, I had the gummies and tfxx before a holiday and they really helped trim my muffin top! I got into my shorts, which was my goal! I now take super reds and greens daily along with the keto coffee, they keep me energised and focused!

I can truthfully say this is an amazing…
I can truthfully say this is an amazing company to work for, they reward you for hard work, no one puts you under pressure for targets, you have no stock to purchase or to hold. Everything is very transparent on their website. I joined in March 2023 and the team we have in the UK is second to none with regards to support, training and guidance. I have been using the products myself and within the first 5 months lost 20lb with very little change to my lifestyle. Negative comments unfortunately happen when people don’t have realistic expectations of supplements and if they don’t get the support they needed from their distributor 😢 or their en-roller if they joined as a team member.

SCAM & RIP OFF - POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I I could rate a ZERO I would and here is why: When I joined It Works, I was promised a deal of three products for $75 plus tax—simple and straightforward, right? Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. What I experienced was anything but honest or transparent.
The company’s customer service is a nightmare. Every time I ask for a supervisor, I get the runaround, and no one ever follows up. It’s incredibly frustrating!
Based on my experience, this business operates more like a scam. Their promises don’t align with their actions, and they seem more interested in taking your money than providing quality service.
If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I strongly recommend avoiding It Works. Don’t fall for their misleading claims!

We also show that when you enrolled you were able to take advantage of our Pick 2/3 pricing promotion. This was a promotion we offered where you could pick from a specific category of products, 2 products for $50 or 3 for $75 (taxes and shipping excluded). Offering these products with promotional pricing meant that the price was always subject to change or cancellation. In 2022 we removed this category and promotion from our website but made an exception to allow customers to keep the pricing, if they already had it on existing orders. We offered this grandfathered pricing through April 2024, when the promotion was fully discontinued. At that time, any customers who had the promotional pricing were emailed and notified that the promotion was ending. Our records show that you contacted customer service several times to confirm that the program was ending and our team confirmed this for you.

I signed up with someone on fb. Asked if it could only be a 1 time thing she said yes. And sure enough when I try to cancel it would not allow me to do so. Without paying a fee. Ive been using the product 2 months and see nothing. And 65$ for a product with no results is a rip off. I put a stop payment on my bank. They are investigating it. Cause I have messages saying it could only be a one time order. So this is not right that I got no help with this matter.

This is a fantastic product
I absolutly love this product. I started using it, end of February 2023. Even though I was eating very healthily, I had totally plateaued with my previous weight loss plan for ages ....BUT ... within 6 weeks I'd reached target weight and have managed to keep it off ever since. I started with the Keto coffee, Cleanse,ThermofightXX & the Gummies. I love the Keto Coffee (it gets my brain in gear, gives me energy, and puts me into a great mood) The TherofightXX is great too (don't snack between meals - gives me energy) I just take the odd one now and then. The SKny Gummies are delicious- now just take the odd one as well as it helps me with my sweet tooth. I don't Focus so much on the weight loss products now unless I've been on holiday & put on a few lbs, or over indulged over the weekend. I still take the coffee's:- Keto coffee every morning and Skny Brew or ThermofightXX in the afternoon if needing extra energy. I've added Collagen which has definately helps my aches and pains in my joints. Aloe Vera which helps keep me regular & kept my OC at bay. Super Greens and Super Reds are into my routine as well. These have helped helped me not to catch as many bugs and can be an energy boost too. I've found my Distrubutor super helpful and and the company easy to deal with. I'm 74 years young & find technolgy a bit challenging but I've managed fine with this company. DEFINATELY 5 stars from me.

IT Works worked for me
I started taking the slimming rest system supplements in July 2023, in an effort to lose weight and improve my health and well being. I was obese and struggling to shift my menopausal weight gain and suffering with a loss of energy and brain fog. I was encouraged to give the slimming reset system, by an ex colleague, who had become a distributor and had lost 2 stone, taking the supplements, over a 3 month period. I took out a 3 month PERKS subscription to get the 25% discount price. I must admit I was very sceptical but decided to sign up for 3 months and give them a chance. To my delight I found the thermofight helped curb my appetite and levelled out the glucose spikes and dips that had me reaching out for the chocolate and crisps and carbohydrate comfort food. The skny gummies helped shrink away the visceral fat from my waistline. I started to take healthier food choices( high protein & low fat ) and as I lost weight and my energy levels rose I was able to exercise more. At the end of the 3 months I had lost almost 3 stones. I now maintain my gut health with a daily aloe Vera, keto coffee and chocolate Supergreens. These help keep my energy levels up and helps my brain fog. Any issues with my subscription or one off orders are dealt with promptly and efficiently, by my distributor Jo Murphy or by the IT Works EU customer support team.

Quality Experience with excellent results
I have been using supplements from this company for well over a year now & I am blown away by how they have helped be in so many ways. I’ve not only lost weight, but my body shape is changing too. If I could give this zero stars
If I could give this zero stars, I would. I ordered the product with the promise of being able to return the product if my doctor did not want me to take it. My doctor did not want me to take the BRN+. I tried over and over to contact my consultant through Facebook (which is how we had communicated) and I tried calling. She would not return a message or a phone call. She also enrolled me in monthly auto subscriptions, without my approval. I am very unhappy about the consultants lack of communication and work ethic. I tried to file a complaint and the website keeps kicking me off.
