We continue working daily on the case and taking all possible legal measures to protect the interest of our investors. Unfortunately the legal actions take time. As soon as we have any updates, we will share them with you.
The last update we've received is shared on our website. Our legal consultants informed us that a request was submitted in the court in Poland to initiate a procedure for declaring insolvency as well as a request to initiate a procedure for restructuring and rescuing the company. In addition, the company was imposed precautionary measures to prevent them from disposing of their property to the detriment of their creditors. A court official has been appointed to oversee CBC as well. We are expecting the court in Poland to decide which of the two procedures will enter into force in order to preserve the interests of the company’s creditors on the basis of an analysis of the company’s assets and liabilities. As soon as we have an update, we will share it with our investors.

Great customer service and simple platform
I would give 5 stars but I'm kinda new to IUVO but even before to invest a person called me to check up on me what are my plans what are my intentions in that sense I mean if I would use the platform just as try out or will use it as I use it for real investment but anyways great customer service even before I had put any money.
The guy that is the manager or is responsible for my account like when I have questions and etc. is really welcoming despite sometimes to have little annoying questions from my site

It is a valid option to invest and trustworthy-ish
It is a valid option to invest and a company to trust, or almost trust.
I am investing with them from August 2019.
They are super transparent, which I value a lot. They learn from their mistakes. There was a serious issue with some loans from a bankrupt company they were working with.
However, they kept investors informed and they went after them, used legal means to get investors' money back etc. Still in the process. They seemed to have changed how they select who will provide them with loans and they have put even better standards.
I really appreciate that. It helps everybody remember to keep investing in a variety of products, countries, loans and issuers and not putting everything in one and only company.
On the other hand, it would have been nice if they managed to provide a better collateral guarantee, even partial, in cases like that.
Apart from the above, the platform is simple to use, no fuss and complex buttons. Lots of filters, lots of options, lots of risk levels.
I like to invest manually and have managed a 6% return in a year and 7.5% overall.
It is worth your time(not that it needs much time anyway, it is simple!) and money.

I use iuvo for one year and two months…
I use iuvo for one year and two months and am happy with it. The real income is ~9-10% which is fine with me. I had to withdraw an amount once and was ok. Later on I've invested the money again.

So so. Had been investing about a year. Currently more money is (most likely) lost than I have earned through interest over my time investing because one of the LOs CBC(KFP) looks like it is a scam / bankrupt. I would consider returning if I get my money back from CBC(KFP). Until then I have withdrawn everything that I could.
The platform otherwise is "okay". No interest on late loans is not very atractive and not competitive compared to most other platforms. Also, the regular phone calls from Iuvo Sales representatives are highly annoying and unprofessional.
Pretty sure many of the positive reviews here are fake.

I like iuvo because the interface is user-friendly, the autoinvest is a great tool and the secondary market works even with 0.5% discount. The return is around 10% which is perfect for me.
