I guess after five years the lifetime subscription needed to be extended, and with a quick chat with life support from Aneketh I was quickly able to get my time extended. From a great price for a lifetime subscription, no issues with using the product, and having to reach out every five years to keep it going with someone helpful and efficient, all great here.

After uploading review on Trustpilot, they have updated my subscription but it still shows expiration date. I will update review again in couple of years to check whether they have updated my lifetime subscription for free of cost or not.

I have been using multiple VPN, not only I found Ivacy is super easy to setup but it is one of the fastest. Recently I found my lifetime membership ran into some issues, I connected with the help agent James who kindly assisted me and resolve the issue in no time. I appreciate how James looked after me and happy with Ivacy service!

Have a lifetime membership that expired and they helped me renew it for free seems it needs to be renewed every 5 years. Customer support rep James was very helpful and I was able to get it cleared up in 10mins

I have bought a lifetime subscription in 2019. When renewal was due because it's limited to 5 years. James has helped me straight away. And it was extended in just a few minutes. Very happy with the service

I was assisted by Aneketh when my instance of Ivacy had issues. I previously purchased the lifetime license, but it was active on my account.

Service is almost perfect except for few rather annoying wrinkles.
For example - Android application for registered users still shows ads in notification area, which annoys me immensely.
Upd: fixed already.
Took me a while to get the member area form to be able to reset VPN password properly, so that user, that being me, would be able to set his own password, not use system generated.
I am still gathering my wits to try Linux wireguard config generator from Ivacy which apparently didn't work first time I tried it.
But we'll get there sooner or later. At least there is some progress in attempts to improve the service.
Customer support is pretty responsive and tries to resolve all problems ASAP.

I had a problem and it was solved in a matter of minutes.

Bought a lifetime license several years ago. License expired, talked to Mason and in 39 seconds it was active again, and the lifetime license was honored without any hassle. Great customer service!

Ivacy VPN Access
I've had the Lifetime version of Ivacy VPN and it's been reliable both in the US and when travelling internationally. I recently had to get my license extended, and that was a simple chat with Mason and a couple minutes later it was all set. Still continue to be impressed by the value.

Nice and efficient. Some tech answer was quickly and effective solved by Mason.
