As a single female dreaming of becoming a single mother by choice and doing entensive research it was starting to get very confusing and daunting, with the additionally discovery I had a low egg reserve! I deeply appreciate the warm welcome and support I received at Embio Clinic. I traveled from Dubai to undergo my first IVF as a single woman. Despite my age reducing the chances of success, the clinic remained confident about the outcome. It can be a bit lonely and scary process, but my coordinator Konstantinos was always there for me, providing support throughout the entire time.

Hello everyone,

My name is Denisa Grunca. I'm 42 years old, also my husband. We've tried 5 years, 6 IVF's and one insemination, 4 IVFs in Romania, and 2 in Greece. Nobody told me that I must do the thrombophilia test, and also the hysteroscopy. The only Dr who really told us what to do was Mr Thanos Paraschos. I'm 6 weeks pregnant with my first child. Finally! We had just one frozen embryo left, and on 7th of July we had the IVF. We are so thankful for them, they are working so hard with every couple. I have thrombophilia and I must take clexane every day. Lack of communication with the coordinator. Not replying my messages/ mails or replying with a delay.
The doctor was trying to avoid to answer my questions and didn't explain in detail the risks / benefits and expectations of my treatment. Gave me the ultrasound scan without a report as if a common person should know how to read it. He tried to convince me about a prior surgery without explaining in detail why was needed. After getting informed later by reading / discussing with other professionals about my case, the surgery the doctor was trying to convince me to have wasn't needed. They made me purchase the medication for the ovaries stimulation cost of 1000€ and when the time came for the treatment the coordinator wouldn't reply my messages.
After leaving a negative review they called me to find what was my problem and try to fix it, but it was too late as after having been informed about my case, I had already decided not to proceed with this treatment.
All this communication should be done with them and make decisions/ plans and not by my personal interest/ knowledge which luckily my profession is related to medicine. They offered me to buy back the medication I had already purchased so I will not lose my money after the negative review, of course. Money was never the issue. The lack of trust and communication was.
Communication is very important in such cases and in my opinion you will not find it in this company or if you will opt to have a service with them persuade adequate communication and don't leave any unspecified spots.

My husband and I started embio IVF in August 2022. We jumped right into our first cycle in September 2022, which unfortunately did not work. We experienced many medical setbacks and even required surgery. Dr. Paraschos was very supportive during this time. He did a great job informing us of our options and he even did my surgery. In January of 2023 we started our second cycle and we are now 7 weeks pregnant!! We just had our ultrasound with Embio IVF and we're expecting TWINS! :) (We transferred 2 embryos). We're beyond excited and blessed. My husband and I are so grateful for everyone at Embio IVF especially They were very supportive during the up's and down's of our journey which led to a successful cycle! They truly care about their patients success and become like family. They gave us clear and honest expectations as well as how to save on medications. I have been trying to have a child for 5 years with unexplained infertility and had multiple transfers all resulting in negative pregnancy results. Then decided to switch to Dr Thanos Paraschos and I am so glad we did. Our first transfer with him using embryo glue and the special catheter he designed while he was in London resulted on my being pregnant with our baby girl. The process was smooth and dr Paraschos was amazing !!! He took time to explain everything and always answered any questions we had. We never felt like we were left in the dark during this process!
