Hello, I just wanted to share my experiences from the EmBIO clinic were we have been treated. Embio, which is far away from us we came from Denmark, has changed my husbands and my life!!!! The specialist Dr. Paraschos and our professional coordinator Anna have done a good job which we will NEVER forget!! You are the BEST in the world who have given us 3 babies. We have had triplets and all 3 are boys. We are so proud of them and thankful for ever!!!
We have been extremely lucky to have found Anna, who has taken over our journal from Denmark, which we have been treating for 7 years without success, as my wife was disappointed again and again.
Now we are a family and we are so happy!!!
I can say with a guarantee that the way they have treated us cannot be better, they have applied for our stay and they have always taken into account our work and the economy of traveling back and forth, it feels like a holiday stay. Thanks Dr. Paraschos, thank you so much Anna, thanks Embio and thanks Greece ❤️

We came to Athens from Italy. We found Embio center on Internet, after extensive research and after several failings in the italian center when we were under treatment. I have to thank Mrs. Eleni because she's been very present, sweet and operative. After so many failed attempts at getting pregnant, after only 1 month and a half, I am pregnant! I am now in week 8, fingers crossed! Thank so much to Dr. Paraschos!

AWFUL EXPERIENCE at this clinic. Before coming to Greece for IVF treatment (because the costs are so much better than in the US), I had done a round of IVF in the US and another round in the UK. So this wasn't my first rodeo. At the first video call I was assigned a coordinator for all my treatments with this clinic. For the first few times he appeared very responsive and attentive, and with that meeting, along with seeing positive reviews, we decided to move forward. As time went along in my preparation and tests conducted in the US, my ability to get timely responses from him got harder and harder. He assured me he was available to me at any time, and although I'm not expecting responses even within 24 hrs, knowing our time difference, I do expect some kind of response to questions in a few days with something as time sensitive as IVF--even if that response is just to say "I hear you, let me get back to you as soon as I can." In the weeks leading up to my flying out to Greece I would have to follow up multiple times on the same questions, and sometimes it could take up to a week to just be acknowledged. I nearly cancelled my trip but decided to move forward still.

When I got to Athens are started my fresh cycle, I found a clinic that was packed with people in the waiting room--upwards of 20-25 patients waiting to see the ONE DOCTOR in the clinic. I would often make an appointment only to wait 1.5 up to 2 hrs for some visits, only to get less than 30 seconds with the Dr himself. He performed my ultrasounds so fast, without saying anything to me about what he was seeing, that one time I even timed it on my phone...31 seconds from the time he walked in the room to when he told me to get dressed. I felt very much like a number and in the McDonald's drive thru of IVF clinics.

During my cycle they NEVER drew my blood to check my hormone levels. And never measured the follicles. Eventually I took matters into my own hands and insisted they do a blood draw and tell my how my follicles were progressing, which they finally did once to appease me. I found myself in tears multiple times at this clinic.

When they did the egg collection, they provided no information on vital information in the following days like, how many eggs fertilized, how many made it to Day 3? Day 5? These updates were commonplace at the other clinics I used. I was BEGGING for information from my coordinator who would ignore me.

After the transfer, I asked to see the embryology report so I could know the grade of my 2 surviving blastocysts and what exactly happened with all my eggs. Both Dr. & coordinator assured me they would give me that information that afternoon. They told me the embryologist would be "right in to see me" to explain. After waiting 2 hrs I finally gave up waiting, however he assured me that the report and a copy of my medical records would "be in my email tomorrow morning." That was July 5. After a few days I asked again for my records. He assured me they were coming. Another week. Asked again. Nothing. Fast forward to 3 MONTHS AND ONE LAWYER LATER, I finally received the one page copy of the embryo report and 2 page copy of my IVF protocol and medications. I made more than 7 requests over email and What's App and was just flat lied to multiple times. I wrote a formal letter requesting my records. They ignored me. I finally hired a lawyer and once she stepped in they started sending the records...one page at a time. It took the lawyer about 5-6 calls to finally get them to send these whopping 4 pages of my record. I just now got them, and am sharing this nightmare scenario working with this clinic.

They talk a big game, but unless you want to be ignored, lied to, and have the fastest wham, bam, thank you ma'am style treatment, run far away from EmBIO clinic.

I was 39 years old, and I felt like I was getting older every day as my biological clock kept ticking. My eggs were becoming less fertile, and after 2 years of trying to get pregnant with our own child using in vitro fertilization, the pregnancy ended at 20 weeks gestation, which devastated us both.

We began thinking about adoption and quickly got over our worries of having a child that wasn't biologically ours. But adopting is a long, difficult road with many obstacles along the way. We were surprised to learn about egg donation as it appeared to be perfect for us; this incredible woman might give us an opportunity we have been longing for after all these years!

As a result of the amazing generosity of our donor, we now have two beautiful twin boys. Just thinking about how lucky and grateful we are for this incredible gift gives me chills – it's that wonderful! Thank you to everyone who helped us along the way; most importantly though, thank you so much to our fantastic anonymous egg donor!

I was diagnosed with cancer when I was 31 years old. It was very hard for me to hear the news, but it wasn't the hardest part of my life. The hardest part came later on when my doctor told me that because of chemotherapy and radiotherapy my eggs were not good any more.
I started to look for egg donation, but in UK it's very complicated and a very long process to go through. I was not getting younger and time was precious; I wanted nothing more than becoming pregnant one day--I had dreamed about being a mom since childhood! When the doctors told me that there is no hope of ever producing healthy eggs again because of chemotherapy treatments, all hope seemed lost.
A couple of months later I unexpectedly bumped into an old friend and she told me about the Embio clinic in Athens. They have a large database of egg donors, making it easy for us to find one compatible with our characteristics.
As soon as we spoke over the phone, they arranged my visit to Athens, where everything went smoothly from there on out- including being able to choose between different donor profiles beforehand!
It's been 10 months since then, and now I'm finally holding my healthy baby girl who is just perfect in every way imaginable thanks to these wonderful people.

My name is Alexandra, I am 44, and I am three months pregnant. I am writing this testimony hoping to encourage as many women as possible who may have lost their hope.

Four years ago when I lost a child, without over stressing, my husband and I did everything humanly possible to create a family. We turned to exceptional in vitro fertilization centers where I made 3 in vitro fertilization attempts, but the results were all negative. With the passing of time, you can imagine the effect this had on us both economically and psychologically. We had decided to stop all efforts and were convinced that we had to look towards other kinds of procedures such as adoption, etc. One day, I decided to browse on the internet to see which were the best IVF clinics that included the method of donating ova in their program. I found many different clinics but there was one that stood out and made a really good impression on me, so, I decided to write to them and fill in a form that I found on their site, even though I wasn’t feeling too optimistic anyway. The very next morning, I had already received a reply from the doctor, who was amazingly polite, warm and explanatory and who provided a very detailed description of the procedure that we would have to undergo, in the case that we decided to go through with this challenging experience. From that moment onward, they were constantly by my side. There wasn’t an email of mine that he didn’t reply to in just few minutes and whatever doubts, or queries I may have had along with any fears I faced, he was there, always ready to support me and provide me with the information and direction I needed every step of the way. We were informed approximately one week prior to our date of arrival in Greece and when we arrived at the clinic, within just a few days, everything was accomplished in comfort and relaxation, as if we were at home.
Today I'm in my 13th week of pregnancy, everything is going very well so far, and I thank God for showing me the way to Dr Paraschos.

If any one of you has the slightest doubt which center to choose, I can guarantee you will not regret your choice, should you choose EmBIO. I highly recommend it to you after having experimented with the best IVF centers in US. Today, it seems to me a miracle and I will never cease to be grateful to them for sharing my moments during this adventure so closely and with such warmth!

I had a great experience with Embio. After three failed IVF in my country, I reached Embio. Of course I searched for all the information I could get online. I am 40 years, the failure of my previous three IVF was due to poor egg quality, I could have tried again with my own eggs, or with a donor...and I decided the best chance for me would be with donor eggs. Short story, I contacted them in december 2019, in february I had the ET, stayed in Athens for a week and this time, it worked for me. Now I am pregant for the first time with my baby and I am happy beyond words.
About the clinic, after I wrote them,Anna, the coordinator, contacted me and since then she asisted me with absolutely all the questions, problems, medication, everything. I did all the bloodtests and ultrascans in my country and emailed the results. I received the medication from Greece, and only went to the clinic for the embryo transfer. Dr Paraschos is indeed very busy, but he takes his time to talk to all his patients before and after the transfer.

I would like to say a big Thankyou to Dr praschaos . From the moment I sent an email sitting in the UK and got an almost response immediately within the same day from the Dr himself and got assigned a coordinator who looked after me and my whole ivf treatment from day 1 up until now being 5 weeks pregnant. Lovely lady true angel on earth Anna . She supported me and assured me throughout the whole journey and gave me so much support that to remain positive and it will work.
I was refused ivf treatment in the Uk due to my weight and had no option but to look abroad . I found few clinics in Greece but from the first response this team made me feel they are so caring and genuine which they are 💯.
I only went Greece once and my husband joined me and left me once he gave his sperm on the day of egg retrevial. I wanted to stay their the whole time and my ivf coordinater sorted my whole trip and arranged taxis to be picked up from the airport . She gave us maps of where we could go and visit in our spare time . She ordered my medications and had them delivered to the apartment . Never had I ever imagined how well looked after the people of Greece could be . If anyone is trying for a baby and it hasn’t worked you must try Embio medical centre the staff will make it happen for you . Thanks again Dr and Anna.

Our lives forever changed by the birth of our daughter which would not have been possible had we not chosen to accept the assistance of Dr. Paraschos’s team.
After an ectopic pregnancy and many unsuccessful years of trying to have a child, we decided to seek help. We thoroughly researched the many options available to us as our ultimate choice had to be a team which made us feel confident and comfortable with such an important event in our lives.

I am English and I have a very good experience with Embio and Dr. Paraschos. And I saw many women who are very satisfied with Embio clinic and have babies after Dr. Paraschos treatment.
We contacted dr. Paraschos and him asks us medical tests – scan, blood tests etc., we send its through e-mail, I did the fertility treatement under Dr. Paraschos guidance also by e-mail, and after that we came in Athens only for FIV. He helped us to become a family after a life of infertility and bitterness. With his support and individualized treatment I become mother at 50 years old and I had now my first baby girl, a wonderful daughter after only one FIV! Now I have 51 years old and a perfect daughter and after a month she will be one year old. All my family are joyful. I’m so happy for choosing Embio clinic!
The clinic is housed in a beautiful modern building, is very clean and the staff were polite, helpful, calm and correct. Dr. Paraschos and Embio team are true professionals, speak very good English, communicate very well by phone or e-mail, are very well organized , respectful, calm, kind and spent a lot of time with us and explained options and treatments carefully. Hi readers, I am a Dutch single woman. I would like to share that I have a very positive experience with the Embio Clinic in Athens in Greece. I went there because of the recommendations I found on the internet and beacuse of my first impression of the quality of the information on their website. First of all the service there is really great and the people that work there are really friendly and compentent in what they do. I got a personal contactperson Elena who helped me very pleasantly with the entire medication and IVF proces, answered all my questions fast.
Even more important, the succesrates of that clinic are very good compared to other clinics, while the costs are even less then in other countries. My first ivf attempt with a donor from cryos sperm bank in Denmark was succesful. I only had to go to the clinic twice for a short time. Now have a healthy son of 1,5 years old. My age was 43 when I started the ivf proces.
Tomorrow I fly back there to try to conceive again via IVF. I hope to be of some use to other people who are deciding about IVF and which clinic to go to.

After having done four unsuccessful cycles, three IVF’s, the words no couple ever wants to hear, that “we might want to consider an egg donor", didn’t come so much as a shock to us, yet we were devastated. Actually, heartbroken might describe what we felt more precisely, not because there’s anything wrong with an egg donor, but just the fact that we did not seem to be able to have a baby on our own and the financial aspect and stress of going down that road seemed too much to bear at that particular point.
We decided to put it off for a while and to just take it easy while we considered, at a slower, more relaxing pace, all our options. We were told about a fantastic clinic and an amazing doctor there, so, he became my only and last hope and I was bent on finding a solution to my problem as no one had really explained to us what the problem was. Both of our tests had shown no specific problem. At EmBIO clinic, where I had some extra tests done (that hadn’t been done before), such as my ovaries tested, then Dr. Paraschos caused an over-hyper stimulation of my ovaries, hence, I couldn’t do an egg retrieval at that stage so we had to wait for the next cycle (#8) and to our indescribable relief and joy, WE MADE IT!!!!

We are forever grateful to Dr. Paraschos and his whole team that was there for us every step of the way, he encouraged us, he was polite, and he was professional most of all! Today, we have a 1-year old baby girl who is the love of our lives and feel so fortunate to have trusted my instincts and to not have given up!

Lets put it simple , from where ever you get success , it become best for you . I n our case its EmBIO medical center , after wasting lots of money and time in our NHS and private clinics in London who gave not much of hope to us , we came across this one .Yes the result is good but we would like to add that journey was beautiful and pain free . we are now blessed with beautiful son , with own sperm etc and only had to visit greece 2 times . the whole staff specially our case handler Elena Tsiga and Dr Paraschos' office were both exceptionally helpful and professional . if you are going through the journey of having child please try atleast once EMBIO IVF CENTER athens

I am the happiest woman - mother in the world. After 6 unsuccessful in vitro fertilization attempts in France, where I live due to my husband's profession, I finally managed to get pregnant on my first attempt and gave birth to 2 healthy twins in December 2018, thanks to Mr. Paraschos. My finding out about Mr. Thanos Paraschos was occasioned by the testimonies in a forum of women from France that had had a child with the help and care of Embio. I want to extend my sincere gratitude to him because he is a very capable doctor with ethos and values that focus on the creation of family, just as I want to thank his team at Embio who empathized with my anxiety, treated me with kindness, and supported me all the way through to the end in my efforts.

A special thanks to doctor Paraschos and his assistant Elena for making us feel right at home in Greece at the EMBIO ivf center as we travelled a great distance from Canada .All of our needs were meat and superseded by there hospital, all of our questions answered to our satisfaction and the final result was that my wife did get pregnant and we are expecting a child.

Through the years that I have been a patient at EmBIO Clinic, specifically since 2013, I have been treated with nothing but kindness, compassion, and respect. Their expertise never ceased to make me feel safe and my husband and I both felt that we were finally in good hands. Dr. Paraschos at EmBIO Clinic listened to our issues and provided us with realistic expectations for our case. Maybe a bit too realistic and raw but, nevertheless, we preferred someone who gave it to us like it is and who is more of a professional than someone who sugar-coated things and more of a talker than a doer. Never did I feel like we were getting a sales presentation or that we were being given the runaround; on the contrary, we felt like he gave us the full description and idea of things and our options in order for us to make our own decisions. These factors are quite important when you must dish out a substantial amount of money that is usually not covered so yes, it is very nice to feel that you know where you are at and somewhat in control of your situation. The cost was clear from the very start and we were never subjected to any surprises so it made our savings and budgeting much easier and simple.

We had been trying to get pregnant for quite some time. It was horrible as all of you know who have been in the same position. We felt dispirited and believed it to be over for us.
When a Greek Canadian friend referred me to Dr. Paraschos and EmBIO Clinic in Athens Greece, after all I had heard about him and his clinic, there was a spark in my heart and so we decided it was worth a try. We figured, at least we’ll take a trip to Greece, something we had always wished to do and after such beautiful descriptions and quite a few invitations over the years from my friend who visits every summer, we decided maybe this is it!!

Mrs. Elena (the coordinator assigned to us), was extremely helpful and friendly. We communicated firstly via emails and chats on the phone. She gave us answers to every question we had and was always very encouraging. It is a very busy clinic, something we realized when we arrived to meet both the doctor and Elena from up close. On the one hand, at first, it felt great for us that the clinic had so many patients and its popularity and recommendations gave us a sense of security and good “feeling” about our having made the decision to go ahead with EmbIO. On the other, we didn’t feel we had enough time with Dr. Paraschos and that made us a little uncomfortable and confused. However, we quickly realized that this doctor’s prime focus is not to have endless discussions with us and put a fake smile just for show just to make us to feel special etc. in order to make us feel “special”. He is there to give it to you exactly like it is, get on with the procedure that is tailored specifically for you and go through with the process with one thing in mind; to produce results! And that he did. Thank you EmBIO so much!

Dr. Parashos has faith in his patients and doesn’t throw in the towel no matter how difficult and complicated anyone might think his/her situation might be or is. We had been trying to conceive for 4 years prior to visiting with him at EmBIO Clinic. Thank god we had! We are now ready to go back to try and have a second baby and I am positively certain that he will come through for us again. Every single staff member at this clinic was wonderful and treated us like human beings! We are more than grateful and surely lucky to have entrusted him in something so delicate and important for us!
