The B stock Vintage Performer parkour…
The B stock Vintage Performer parkour guitar I received was excellent as was the price. There was very little wrong with it other than some difficult to see marks. It also arrived promptly and well packaged.

I’m very disappointed with my experience.
I received a Vintage V100 ProShop LTD “Kossoff” Faded Sunburst guitar in a condition that does not match a new product:
- The selector switch knob was broken
- The gig bag was not the correct Vintage one
- The certificate of authenticity was missing
This raises serious doubts about whether this guitar was actually brand new or previously returned.
On top of that, I have sent several emails and received no response at all, which is very unprofessional.
I hope this review will finally get some attention and that a proper solution will be provided.

i had to contact them about my order,they checked straight away,,unfortunately the guitar i ordered was gone , but to theyre credit i was given a choice of same series...and sent it straight away....thanks dean.....steve.m.

To people complaining about bad service
To everyone complaining about the service and stuff, I had the same problem. Contact JHS directly rather than ivor mairants as everything is dispatched from JHS warehouse.

Shocking service. Sent the wrong item, and never replied to any requests by me or Reverb. Avoid.

Quick delivery but useless communication. I contacted them with a couple of simple queries and have heard nothing back. If they sorted their customer service and actually responded I'd give them 5 stars

Very happy with the product, arrived in good condition, price was good. The delivery was not when indicated, but that was to do with the courier not the retailer.
i advise not to use this joke of a company
ordered an item on 15th march.
received email on 17th stating the order was cancelled at my request ( it was not )
further email stated they had cancelled as item was out of stock ( shown in stock when ordered )
told a refund had been processed 17th.
now 23rd & still no refund.
total waste of a week of my time & money tied up by this joke of a company.
i advise not to use them.........

Brought a guitar from them on the "Reverb" site.
It was despatched with no notification and no tracking, no email, delivered unexpectedly just as I was about to leave my home.
That is not how I expect an expensive item to be delivered, it will be the first and last thing I ever buy from them.

I’ve emailed 3 times for a returns label & I’m happy to pay postage inline with their conditions. They’ve not replied && theres no phone number to contact them on - email only .
