Strings ordered never received, company not replying to any if the emails sent.

To everyone complaining about the service and stuff, I had the same problem. Contact JHS directly rather than ivor mairants as everything is dispatched from JHS warehouse.

Shocking service. Sent the wrong item, and never replied to any requests by me or Reverb. Avoid.

Price was good. Shipping was fast and priced fairly. Guitar is perfect and was shipped very well protected. Excellent seller!

Nice product, arrived on time and as advertised.

Quick delivery but useless communication. I contacted them with a couple of simple queries and have heard nothing back. If they sorted their customer service and actually responded I'd give them 5 stars

Excellent Products, customer service and quick shipping.

Very happy with the product, arrived in good condition, price was good. The delivery was not when indicated, but that was to do with the courier not the retailer.

ordered an item on 15th march.
received email on 17th stating the order was cancelled at my request ( it was not )
further email stated they had cancelled as item was out of stock ( shown in stock when ordered )
told a refund had been processed 17th.
now 23rd & still no refund.
total waste of a week of my time & money tied up by this joke of a company.
i advise not to use them.........

Brought a guitar from them on the "Reverb" site.
It was despatched with no notification and no tracking, no email, delivered unexpectedly just as I was about to leave my home.
That is not how I expect an expensive item to be delivered, it will be the first and last thing I ever buy from them.

This was an easy purchase thanks to the company's informative website and clear pricing. Payment was straightforward and the guitar arrived well packed and within the time specified. The instrument is in perfect condition and was strung appropriately for the journey. This is a company I will definitely be buying from the again.

I bought a guitar from them 26/02/26.
It wasn’t the right guitar and I wanted a refund.
I’ve emailed 3 times for a returns label & I’m happy to pay postage inline with their conditions. They’ve not replied && theres no phone number to contact them on - email only .

I recently ordered a Rapier Rocket from Ivor Mairants Musiccentre and the whole experience was, for the most part, excellent. The Rocket itself is a magnificent beast – a modern recreation of the legendary Burns Flyte – and it’s every bit as striking in person as one might hope. It has already been admired, played, and generally fussed over like a prized new arrival in the household.

What particularly impressed me was the speed of service. I placed the order and the guitar arrived the very next day, which is exactly the sort of efficiency that makes musicians beam like children on Christmas morning. The instrument was very well packaged and arrived in perfect condition, ready to be unleashed into the world of riffs and twang.

The only slight wrinkle in an otherwise glowing experience was with the courier rather than the shop itself. The delivery driver rang the doorbell, placed the parcel — which was very clearly a guitar-sized box — on the doorstep, and then departed with impressive decisiveness. Luckily I was at home and able to rescue this most splendid instrument from its brief but perilous stint as an unattended porch ornament. Had I been out, it might easily have wandered off with someone less musically inclined.

That small moment of doorstep drama aside, the service from Ivor Mairants Musiccentre was excellent: lightning-fast dispatch, careful packaging, and a wonderful instrument now safely in my hands. I would happily recommend them to anyone in search of a fine guitar and efficient service.

Speedy delivery all in order

Easy ordering, great price and quick delivery. Only minor gripe is that the order confirmation said I would be notified when the item was dispatched. I wasn't.

I would certainly use IMM again.

The items that I received are excellent. The only problem is that one item is missing and it has been a nightmare trying to get any response back from them they have not responded yet to my emails

It is shown on the shop site to have been delivered on 14th January 2026 NOT POSSIBLE !!!
All my emails asking where my order is have not been answered
RUBISH SERVICE !!!
