Ordered a dress almost 2 months ago. I have not received it after numerous times of emailing them. No tracking information and no refund. Do not order from here!

I had an experience similar to many on here. Ordered two dresses and only received one. Have asked for a refund or tracking number and have not received either. I have now not heard from the company after multiple emails. Do NOT order from this company!

Ordered 2 dresses only received one within two weeks. Won’t refund the missing dress because they say it’s in transit. But when you ask for the tracking info they can’t provide that. Not to mention the quality of what I did receive is terrible. I won’t even wear it. Tried to return as well. Terrible company, or I should say scam. Don’t buy anything from them, save yourself the headache and money. I filed a complaint with the BBB as well. I’d give them less stars if it let me.

I purchased a dress from this so called boutique. I ordered the size that their website size chart said l should purchase which happened to be the size I normally wear. When I was tracking it I noticed that it was coming from China. Then it finally got to Florida. It took almost 2 weeks to receive it and it did not fit whatsoever!! It was so tight but the tag said it was the size I ordered. When contacting them, they didn’t answer right away and when they did, they said I could return it. It has to be returned to China. I thought it was a boutique in the USA until I saw the tracking info. I have been asking for the address to send it back to as well as an RA# they said I needed and I still have not received it!! They keep giving me the run around and saying I have to pay to ship it back and that might cost more than the dress. I keep asking for return info and they said it was in our thread of emails but I have not found it. They are lying and not a legit company!! So beware!! I will be contacting my credit card company! This has not been the only time I’ve been duped but I intend for it to be the last!! The government needs to look into these companies on Instagram and Facebook, etc. They should be charged with fraud!!

I've seen several stories on here like mine, do not order from them! It seems like a scam, I ordered 9 items and only received 4, and I can't get them to communicate consistently with me to find out what happened.

If I could rate it 0 stars I would. I never received my entire shipment. They sent one dress that did not look like the picture. The other 3 never came. Each time I sent a email I received the same generic response that it is still coming. It has been over a month. They are a scam.

Don't order from this company. They will scam you, please take my word from it. Horrible customer service!! Very rude!

Ordered a dress which came in a different size. I've attempted multiple times through return site to get information to return with no success. Worst company to order from. Quality of dress is cheaply made. Never again!!

Would leave zero if I could. Item never arrived. I challenged the charge on my credit card and they said it was delivered. Furious,

I ordered 4 dresses. One arrived in less than 2 weeks, but the other 3 still have not arrived. I have been trying to get shipping update/tracking information from the merchant, but they keep "assuring" me my items are on the way and to be patient, yet they are unable to provide updated tracking information showing my items are still in transit. Additionally, the link provided with my original ordered shows "delivered". And the merchant will not refund my money, despite many requests. I am contacting my credit card company today and asking for an investigation. Do not order even one item from this company, as I believe it is a scam. I wish I had checked them out before ordering...it would have saved me a lot of time, trouble, and stress!

Like all the others, if I could leave zero stars I would, and I regret not checking here before purchasing. I saw a review from someone who said their dress was delivered in about a week, so I assumed that it was a US company. A month later, I’ve only received one of the two dresses I ordered, and the sizing was way off, as mentioned in other reviews. When I contacted them, I also received an email from an Erica saying that because I had used a discount code I am not eligible for returns or exchanges. When I tried to click on the return and exchanges link included in the email, I was not able to pull anything up.
I will be filing a claim with anyone I can to report this, because these types of fraud sites need to be shut down! I am also going to contact my credit card company to dispute this, but I’m not sure if it will be effective.
If our credit card companies don’t protect us against companies like this, and Facebook doesn’t care that they advertise for a company that’s a complete fraud, then thank goodness for trust pilot! I just need to remember to check this site before ordering anything from Facebook!

I ordered two dresses from this company and nearly two months later, I've only received one. The dress that did arrive doesn't match the description or photos on their website and doesn’t fit as described either.

When I contacted customer service to request a return or refund, I was told my order was not eligible—simply because I used a discount code at checkout. Since then, they’ve stopped responding to my emails altogether.

This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. The product was misleading, customer service was unhelpful, and now they’ve gone silent. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

Horrible company. Ordered 3 dresses. Only one arrived. Sizing was way off and the dress was very poor quality. Had a hole in it. Attempted to return it they use the excuse that because I used a discount code , it is ineligible to be returned. Still waiting on the other two dresses. When I told them I was going to report them to the FTC they got nasty said I shouldn’t make threats. I am keeping my promise and reporting this horrible scam of a company! They need to be shut down!

Complete scam. The dress looks nothing like it did on the website and now they say to pay the return shipping to china will cost more than what I paid for the item. Do not recommend purchasing for here.

I would leave 0 stars if possible. This company is a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They take your money and never send you the order. Oh and it's a Chinese company! The government should shut them down. DO NOT TRUST!

Do not buy from this company. Their dresses look beautiful on-line, but the company is a scam. I reported to FB, but they don’t allow for specific information regarding fraud. Their dresses are not true to size. The bust size of a large does not fit most American woman. As it’s made in China, it might fit a small busted woman there. As I used a promo code on THEIR website, I cannot return it. Whoever heard of that? Also, returns must be shipped to China at your cost. I did complain about their policies & am hoping they allow a return. However, I would have to see the cost to mail to China. It says they are based out of Fairfax, VA. I do not believe that!

Horrible company. I feel like it just came out to target women shopping for Easter dresses. Anyway, I order two dresses on March 19th. Totaling over $68. Received ONE on April 1st. (Came in so wrinkled) contacted the company and “Erica” responded, saying the second is on the way and I should received tracking for the second dress soon. Fact forward to yesterday, May 7th, I realized I haven’t received the other dress or an email stating tracking. So I emailed again asking for a refund. “Erica” responded they can’t cancel the order because it’s in transit!!!! It’s been over 6 weeks, let’s be honest, there’s no second dress coming!

Not to mention, when I ironed my dress for Easter it was too big!!! Such a rip off and now I’m out $30.
