WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER ORDERED FROM! TOTAL SCAM! DO NOT ORDER! I still don't have over half of my order and they keep saying it is on the way, weeks later. I have ordered from Temu and received my stuff faster than this. The 3 dresses I did receive are the WORST quality and DO NOT FIT. When I asked to return all items they would not do it, said I used a coupon and therefore I am ineligible. If that isn't the biggest bs I don't know what is. Filing complaint to Affirm and whomever else I can! I want and need to get my money back and the world needs to know about these scammers!

This is a fraudulent website. They claim to ship from Virginia, but my order came directly from China. The items are very poor quality and not as pictured. They do not accept returns if any discount code was applied. This is a scam.

Horrible! Did my due diligence and researched prior to placing an order in April 2025. Found no bad reviews, now I see they are all deleted. Ordered 3 dresses and received one. Most horrible thing I’ve ever seen. Looks like a kid made it. Color was lovely, but the fabric was way too sheer. Two other items never arrived. I’m assured they are “on their way” by Erika, but no further info. Won’t let me cancel the order, am told I have to just wait for it to arrive then send it back for a refund. Of course I see now that if you use a promo code you cannot return merchandise. This is definitely a fraudulent company because they claim to be in the U.S. but are not, returns must be sent to China, which is cost prohibitive! Will definitely be filing a dispute. I have complained to Facebook, but of course it doesn’t block legit scams. Please do not order from this company!!

Ordered 3/31 today 5/6 order still not received and tracking # says shipment has been cancelled but company will not issue a refund! They say it’s been shipped and that’s all they can do. Company misleads to think it’s US based but it’s not!

I ordered a dress for Easter after seeing a Facebook ad on 4/9. After several days with no shipping updates, I contacted the company and was told it was coming from “abroad” but that it should arrive before Easter. It didn’t arrive until 4/28, long after Easter. When I saw the dress, I was extremely disappointed in the look and quality. It was nothing like the photos in the ad. I ordered a medium, but it fit like an oversized large and honestly looked more like a hospital gown than a dress. There were no tags, no size markings, and it was made of very cheap fabric and cheap quality. I researched the company and found out that they do not allow returns if you used a promo code and the promo code was promoted by the website at checkout. I also learned they regularly delete negative Facebook comments and block users who try to warn others. I’m writing this review to hopefully save others from wasting $40 and dealing with the same disappointment. Lesson learned: always research the company before buying!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a dress for Easter on 03/31/2025, did not receive the order until 5/05/2025 and then it was the wrong dress. Extremely poor quality. The company does not state that their orders are shipped from China. They make it seem that their products ship inside the US. When I sent an email to return the item, I was told that the shipping charges would be my responsibility and that the cost of return would probably exceed the cost of the item. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

1st took forever to receive my package to find out i only received one dress. i contacted customer service and Erika stated i would received another tracking number. Two weeks later and serval email back and forth and still no new tracking number. At the end of April, i stated it might be time for me to file a claim with Paypal. I received a long generic message and at the very end it at the end of Erika's signature she wrote : P.S PayPal will do nothing for you here.. We do not allow them to process transactions because contrary to popular belief, they are actually a very questionable company.
That's real rich coming from this company.
Payment was taken March 30. It is now May.

Wish I could give a negative score. Sizing was horribly off and had some tears in the seams. When I asked to start the refund process was advised that the return cost would be more than the item purchase since the return center was in China (about $200 to ship back). Please do not order from them. They are not upfront about their business processes.

PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! The dress I ordered was so cute and Facebook comments were mostly positive (which I were probably not really customers) but not as all what was described. I received a terrible quality dress with zero tags. Not even a size tag. The XL I ordered was so small I couldn't even get it over my shoulders even with the tie completely off in the back (which is the way it came.). They say they are Virginia based, but it's shipped from China. I requested a return and now find out I have to pay return shipping to CHINA! Basically I'd lose more by returning it than just taking the loss. They actually told me this in an email response too. I'm so very disappointed. I don't want anyone else to fall prey to their deception.
When I tried to post on their Facebook page, they have now blocked me completely. That says all you need to know about the company in my opinion. Only positive posts allowed.

This place is Bogus. Please don’t order anything from there. I ordered a dress back on 03/30/2025, never received a “email confirmation tracking number “. They send the same email every time I inquire about the order. I know I will never get it. Scam

Terrible experience, I ordered a dress for Easter, it arrived a week late, and is poor quality. They will not accept the dress back. I had also ordered a pair of yoga non slip socks, they were not included in my package, nor was a packing slip. There is no way to interact with them as they do not answer emails. I have disputed this charge on my credit card, but would really like to just send the merchandise back and get a refund. Communication is key.

if I could give a 0 star review I would. This company only delivered part of my order and it was horrible quality and wrong size! there is no way to get in contact them except through email and that is not effective. there is no way to do a return online through their website! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME with this company!!!!!

Ordered 2 dresses received one. The sizing is less than accurate. Emailed the company requested a refund which was returned explaining that because I received a discount code to purchase i was ineligible for a refund. 60$ for 2 dresses with a discount code an u can't return them for a refund. Buyer be ware never again

Ordered two dresses, one dress came in, worst fit ever. cheapest material, the top doesn’t even cover my boobs.. I’ve been sending emails about the other dress and have been getting the run around about it coming from china and it takes time.. mind you, tracking says they have been delivered. The dress is nothing like the cute pic I seen. Total scam..

Absolutely HORRIBLE...Dress was poor quality, sizing way off and terrible customer service. Total scam. Can't return because it's from China which was not stated on website.

I don’t even want to give them one star, but you don’t have a choice. I ordered a dress on April 7th and was assured that I would have it by Easter. I received my order on April 24th. I ordered my usual size and the chest of the dress is so small. So I was going to return and get another size, but was informed that I used a discount code and could not return or exchange. I was not told that the clothes are coming from China and not Virginia as the state. This company is a total fraud and I hope we can help everybody else not make the same mistake we did. Ivory Sage Boutique, you suck and you should be ashamed of yourself for scamming people.

I purchased a dress from here and it is the cheapest made dress ever. The straps aren’t even sewn on the dress. Just bad quality and they are shipping clothes from China. Not Virginia like their site states. Really disappointed in this dress and this company. I tried to return it, but you have to pay shipping to China. It's almost as much as the clothing. They are selling horrible quality and I recommend to all customers to stay away!

absolutely awful dress. they would not return as I had used a discount code. Customer service Erika is very condescendng. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. read the small print.

Total scam- the product doesn’t look like what is portrayed- the sizes are completely off- they refuse to refund anything. Beware of this sham. They delete any negative questions or comments.

Ordered a dress from them. It took forever to arrive. They don't tell you it is shipping from China. The quality was extremely poor. The dress was made of thin, itchy material, poorly sized and poorly made. Neck line was too small and arm holes were huge. They will not respond to any emails regarding making a return. Complete Fraud!
