I wrote to the the company - as instructed- after the vending machine took my 20euro note.
Be warned. The company has NO intention of ever giving you a refund.
The customer service team asked me for my bank account details and personal details (which I did) BUT they don't give any refunds.
They tell you for literally months that you will get your refund (lies). Why lie and waste our time?
They are never going to give you a refund... Ivs Italia Ristorazione Automatica - your customer service is dishonest. Your company is corrupt. You treat people like dogs.

Vending machine took my 10€ bill and that was it. Company still hasn't refunded me after months of emails.

At Verona airport it took 2€ and after some time it said "operation failed". I pressed the red button but nothing happened. That's a steal.

Same as the previous comments. The machine in Malpensa airport do not work. They just take the money and no drink released. It is a fraud!!

In Fiumicino airport these machine don't work at all. Only take money and nothing delivered. Avoid at all. It is a totally fraudulent company.
