Get one star because I can’t give less. Scammers. Product delivered did not match what was advertised. Would only refund if returned to an address in China at own expense. Non existent address so parcel returned. All up out of pocket and useless product. Do not be conned!

Kept sending emails to say order was on its way, but item never arrived.

Hideous! The photos looked beautiful. It said $400 reduced to $79.95. I received this polyester, thin, plastic looking, see thru material. Gross!! Total rip off! I wish I’d looked at the reviews first.

I am really irritated with the customer service your company DOES NOT provide, there is NONE….ZERO. I ordered a purse on 12/3. The money was taken from my account on 12/4/24. I’ve sent two emails asking the shipping status, but I have received NO information of any kind. It’s now 12/16 and all I know is that you have been paid and your website says the customer will be notified when their order ships. There is no other way to reach your company….NO telephone #, only a website that is not manned or responsive. Your customer service is nonexistent and a joke. I’m afraid I’ve been scammed. This was to be a Christmas gift….so, thanks for nothing!! It’s obvious you don’t give a fig about ur company’s reputation or reviews, but you can be sure I will leave a review. Send the purse OR refund my money.

Wish i had seen these reviews earlier. Bought a small bag for £50 and very quickly the stitching on the sides began to tear. I sent the team an email with photos requesting a refund or replacement, explaining that the bag is small and so is never overloaded and the fact the damage had occured in the same place on both sides of the bag shows there is a fault with the material used. No reply for two weeks which i had to chase to just receive an email saying "I am very sorry but unfortunately since we sell affordable bags we cannot provide warranties on items. I really do apologize for any inconvenience caused.". Do not purchase, cheap material, no customer support or care.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT VERY POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS WHICH YOU CANNOT RETURN FOR FREE. The bag I purchased through their website was made and shipped from China. It is not worth the money and if you wish to return it, postage is not paid and it will cost around £9 as it has to be returned to the US. I did not see any where on their website that the bag was made in China. Had I known, I would not have made the purchase.

Nowhere on their site does it say bags have to be returned to the US, which they know will cost more than the refund due. So effectively if you buy from this company you won't get a refund if you want to return items

Awful, ordered a bag and it arrived and looked nice, two days into using it, (only light use) all the stitching came apart in the strap and it was broken and unusable. I emailed them and got no response and left a review with pictures and it conveniently isn't on their website, I tried again and it still isn't there. Very scammy with their fake 4.9 star reviews which clearly are untrue. Avoid!!

ABSOLUTELY Do not buy from this site. Disgusting. One bag was good, I had to remind them I had actually ordered two bags, second one did arrive. I didn't like it and wanted to return. No information on the site about having to post to America and even then they might not return your money. I wanted to return the Wynona. I intend to take this further.

Ordered from these guys a few times now. Have had no issues at all so far. My last order was for my niece who loved the bag she was given. Highly recommend.

I have now sent several emails to this company, my orders were messed up and now I want to return one order , following instructions I have emailed, this will be the sixth email and no reply, website states they aim to reply in 24 hours !
Bags are okayish but pleased I paid sale price , def not worth full money,
I feel I have been violated by this site , it presents beautifully in words and pictures but just not worth buying from them,
I now have 2 orders of the same 2 bags and no way of returning , bearing in mind the order was messed up by themselves,
Absolute sham, do not buy from them unless you want v poor quality or the hassle of being out of pocket like me 😡

I ordered two different coloured bags to try with my outfit. The bags came and were nice although a little cheap looking for £30 each. Decided to return one. When I had ordered I had naively thought it was a UK company as did not see anything to make me think it wasn’t, prices were in £s and the company was on my Facebook. When I tried to return one of the bags I found out it would cost nearly as much as the bag itself to ship back to them. So beware if your purchasing from the UK

Received the Jade as a gift and have been very happy with it so far. Can be worn with just about anything and fits everything I need. Delivery was quick and easy.

While the bag (the Geneva) looks like how it does in the photos (color wise) I was fairly disappointed in the quality. The bag feels pretty cheap, not worth the price in my opinion, and I had got it at a sale price. Do not waste your money.

The bag was exactly as described. It was carefully packaged and I received it on time. Great quality and I would highly recommend it.

Hi I thought I would write this review since I previously purchased the Holly bag and have had so many people ask me where I got it from that I thought I would shout you guys out :). It is super cute and highly unique and the straw material is very well made. I ordered the cream color and it has so far been everything I wanted from a summer bag! Thank you again.

An Instagram ad lead me to this store and I have now purchased multiple items. Has a great selection of handbags and also plenty more. Highly recommend.
