Can’t return it unless I want to pay for it myself to the US.
Customer ‘service’ most unhelpful!
Will steer clear of them in the future.

Why did I not read reviews earlier? Please do not waste your time buying from this company. I ordered the Winona bag after seeing advertisements on FB, my do I regret that now. Very good marketing, I’ll give that to them. The bag is so cheap looking, not worth £5 if you ask me.
Emailed customer service to be told I could return the item, however the returns address was the US! Had I known this I would never ever have purchased from them. I now feel I am stuck with a bag I’ll never use as it would be embarrassing!!
This is a big learning curve for me and I won’t order anything that’s been advertised on FB again. The reviews on FB are all probably fake as it’s beyond me how anyone would be pleased with these items.

the bag that I ordered is very poor quality and hardly worth £5 let alone the £20 plus that I paid for it.
I messaged them and said I’d like to return is, as per their policy, they responded and said I can return it at my own expense, which would be fine had the return been to the UK but no, the return address is USA so returning it will almost cost as much as the bag itself. No where on their website do they tell you that reruns are international.. I feel like I’ve been scammed.. I’ve told them this and suprise suprise they’ve ignored my email.

Ordered the Winona very sleek and elegant, good quality material, love it so much, delivery arrived quickly.

Disappointing Eleanor bag received, not fit for purpose. The internal zip is so tiny if you popped anything in there you’d never get it out again unless poking around with two fingers! So a useless large compartment. Contacted to arrange a return and just not worth it as will cost me nearly as much as I paid for the bag to return it. Be 100% certain you like it before purchasing. I think for the price you can get much better quality ones, even leather in the sales. A shame as looked like a nice bag online. Will sell the bag and wouldn’t purchase again from Ivy & Taylor. If I could have give zero stars I would have.

Received the purse. The front flap was sewn on crooked and should have never been sold that way let alone shipped. It did come from China. I should have known. Waiting to see if I can return it without hassle.

Terrible quality item! The bag arrived looks like a cheap copy from China and on closer inspection is not identical to the photo on the website! The website said original price was £80!! Thank god I paid half that in the sale but still not happy to have paid £40 for it and will be returning it. I could have got it for £10 on a cheap market stall. Very disappointed. Avoid.

Brought a bag from here after seeing a Facebook ad, intended to give it as a present for Xmas. The tracking information was rubbish and at one point went backwards, so I panicked looked at these reviews and quickly ordered a back up present. Of course the bag then showed up the day after. It looks absolutely fine, although the colours aren't quite as bright as I'd hoped and it's a little smaller than I thought. Ended up using the back up present because I preferred it, but have kept the bag as it'll do perfectly well for a summer evening bag. Overall a slightly stressful experience but happy with the result!

Ordered a bag for a gift. It is so cheap looking I’m gutted. Website beautiful and bags look so lovely I could have ordered 10, tried one and even arrived in tatty envelope and bag. Avoid at all cost. Emailed to arrange a refund. Looking at reviews not hopeful.

Honestly don’t even waste your money on these bags. HUGE scam, they look so lovely in their photos but the quality of the bags are horrendous, cheap and tatty!! I’m so disappointed as I brought these for Christmas gifts and feel embarrassed to gift these. Better off going to primark for the same quality just cheaper!

This company is a scam. Do not buy.

I wish I had read the reviews but I was convinced by the ads I saw and the website. The bag arrived in a cheap postal bag and what was inside resembled something you would get from Temu! I tried to complain and get a refund and they told me they would refund but I have to foot the bill to ship the bag to the USA from the UK. Would never ever buy from this place again, I hope they go bust.

All the reviews here are consistent with my experience. Cheap tat, not even worth a fraction of what I paid. Don’t bother!! Do not waste your money!

Avoid purchasing from this company. Saw an advert on instagram and thought their bags looked really great quality. I had zero communications regarding delivery, until one day I had an email from Evri saying my 'Cub01' order was due for delivery, which I googled and means that Evri use this code when the delivery is coming from an unknown company in China. The bag is nothing like the photos they share on social media. It is cheap and plastic, please avoid and don't be fooled by their marketing.

Stolen my money - sent me a totally different bag to what I ordered. The bag I did receive was horrible quality and black ... I ordered a white bag. Have not received any reply to requests for a refund. Have reported to the onbudsman to attempt to claim my money back.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

overall the bag did look mostly like the photo although the quality was awful for £45. I don’t believe they sell you the same quality bag as listed. Moreover it’s cheaply packaged and shipped, and is clearly mass manufactured cheaply in some poor exploitative factory. Should’ve gone to Shein for gods sakes, could’ve got the same quality, probs the SAME BAG. Disappointed and haven’t used. Moreover, no way of return and no paperwork came in the cheap package. Wouldn’t recommend.

Cheap rubbish the clasps are plastic the zip compartment way too small to put your hand in didn’t expect this for the money so sending back nothing quality about it at all
