We got in touch with Ivy Gate again several years after they had sold a previous home for us. Stuart and Clare worked behind the scenes to get us the right buyer and the price we wanted. There weren't any hiccups really, we were kept informed of everything and they were always available if there was a question to ask. There are several estate agents in our area but felt Ivy Gate felt local. Happy to recommend Ivy Gate to anyone thinking of selling their home....

Ivy Gate made the difference for us in selling a slightly tricky property in a slightly tricky market (which another agent had previously struggled to sell). Why was that? I'd attribute it to two main things: first their knowledge of and contacts within our local market were very strong; and second, they approached the task professionally and with great energy and enthusiasm. This really made a difference.
They prepared everything in advance, so the day we were able to press the button marked 'Go' they were ready and began viewings almost immediately. They secured a suitable offer very quickly and they also stayed with us during what turned out to be a slightly protracted process with a few bumps along the way (for legal reasons, nothing to do with them).
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ivy Gate.
