We recently rented a flat with Ellie at Ivy Gate and she was amazing we have never rented before but she made the whole experience so easy literally holding our hand! would definitely recommend anyone looking to rent a property to make sure they give them a call first we were very happy 😃

We had excellent service securing a flat through Ivy Gate as rental tenants. The communication from Ellie was prompt and friendly throughout the process and she was very patient while we had some road bumps in securing referencing from a previous landlord who had gone awol. They were very thorough in ensuring that everything was in place correctly for piece of mind for us and for the landlords and continue to be very accessible after we have moved into the property. Highly recommended!

It’s our first time to rent a flat in London, and it was a pleasant experience to contact with IvyGate agent from the initial inquiry till the completion of a tenancy contract. Bobby and Ellie have been involved in the whole process and they are very good in communication, they can fully understand our needs, and are responsive, acting quickly and helpful. We used IvyGate’s services in late spring to rent a property in New Malden. At the time, we lived in Wales. The distance and lockdown measures meant we could not make it to the open house tour. Even though quite a few people had made appointments to view in person, Ellie immediately offered to make and send us a video of the premises so we would have a better feel for the inside than just from the photos on the website.
IvyGate’s level of service, proactiveness and promptness was outstanding through the whole process. Ellie and the whole team supported us and put our mind at ease at every step from the initial contact to signing the contract and moving to our new home. We were impressed by level of good communication within the team, where a person would be able to take over quickly and without glitch when someone else was unavailable.
