We had a really bad experience with Ivy Gate. Before we rent a house in Kingston we had to chase a lot our agent and it was the same after we moved out. Also, we were in trouble getting back our deposit and because of their unresponsiveness, it was really difficult to get to its end. Also when they gave us the keys, didn't even show the house, just gave us the keys at the front door. I can't call it a great service at all.

I would like to thank Bobby at Ivy Gate who went above and beyond to help me let my property, we had a very good experience when we bought our property through Ivy Gate and same experience when we let it.
Bobby always kept me up to date with the situation (covid19 times). He went out of his way to help me in an uncertain time.
I feel I can always approach him if I need any advise or have a problem. Thank you

Matt has worked tirelessly for us throughout the selling process at a difficult time. He kept in touch with our buyer and both solicitors having a good relationship with all parties. Our property was not local to his offices and this did not make any difference to the sale as most things are now managed online. I would highly recommend Ivy Gate.

As we rent our much loved home for the first time it has been something of an emotional experience, compounded by the need to find the right team to take care of our place whilst we are posted overseas for work.

Choosing Ivy Gate has been the best decision we have taken and we have complete confidence in them. From great marketing of our property that led to finding a tenant in double quick time to handling a variety of inevitable unexpected steps along the way. Jack and Bobby have been superb, always providing rapid responses to questions posed or jobs that needed doing to prepare the house, and as someone not blessed with a single iota of DIY ability this has been hugely welcomed.

We have absolutely no hesitation in giving a rating of 5 stars and we have already been advocating Ivy Gate to friends and family alike.

Fantastic attitude to clients by Hetal Shah, our property took a long while to sell, but throughout the 8 months Hetal would give 100% to finding and showing to dozens of viewers, could not ask for any more, Ivy Gate proved they are a cut above the rest and worth every penny.

Thank you to Bobby and the team at Ivy gate helping me to find a property to rent. They really are a lovely team, especially Bobby who is such a pleasant person and supported me through the whole process.

After another agency failed for months to even get a viewing at our shared ownership flat, we switched to IvyGate Borehamwood. Within the first week of switching, we had several viewings and sold the flat for full asking price within a couple of weeks!

Our conveyance process by the solicitors was a struggle, but IvyGate Borehamwood positioned themselves to help manage the communication between solicitors, buyers and sellers and gave regular updates.

They chased all parties endlessly for information on the sale, paperwork completion and really helped to get the conveyance moving which is far beyond what I’d have expected from an estate agent.

To be honest, if it wasn’t for IvyGate Borehamwood, I’m pretty sure that our chain would have collapsed! Professional, always available and highly recommended!

In a less than straight forward market, you need an agent who not only is honest but has the experience and patience to find solutions to both buyers and purchasers differing requirements. Understanding and experience is key and Ivygate have both in abundance.

Very professional company. We used them to let out our house for over 4 years. Matt, Jack and team did a stellar job. Ivygate is completely different to any letting agency we used before. They have a personal touch and really care resulting in happy tenants, landlord and neighbours. They found quality tenants + quotes for repair work were always reasonable. Absolutely the best estate agents we have ever dealt with. Jack and the team were true professionals and really went the extra mile for us and our rental property. They kept us informed at all times, provided guidance and took care of everything to help find top quality tenants. They even helped when we had some issues with the property by finding trustworthy and reasonable tradespeople.
