I don’t know if there is a better place than London at Christmas time. And better yet, to be only a block off New Bond Street in Mayfair is just icing on the cake. Thank you Ivy Lettings for workings with us as our flight schedules changed. What a wonderful studio to spend 10 days in. Terrifically furnished and easily accessible to the new Elisabeth line only a block away.

This property is in a great location! It is close to the underground, a grocery store and the gigantic Westfield Shopping (it has every store you could think of). We wish we would have explored more of Shepard's Bush as it is lively and has many restaurants, but we spent most of our trip exploring other parts of London. The flat is very well appointed, large in size and has comfortable beds. It was very clean and we felt safe and secure in the neighborhood. The only issue we had was with the washer/dryer combo, it didn't dry the clothes great and we had to run it several times to get them fully dry. Ivy Lettings is very responsive and made our stay smooth, and allowed us an early and late check in. Would definitely recommend this place and to book through Ivy Lettings. Thanks!!!

Hasker street is a beautiful home and a lovely place to return to each night from our London adventures. It was an easy walk to two underground stations and several grocery stores and all the shopping we needed. The street is quiet during the day and night.

The staff at Ivy Lettings made our stay so easy from booking to check-out. They replied to every query we had in a prompt and courteous manner. We will be definitely using Ivy Lettings for all our future London stays!

We very much enjoyed our stay at 22 Paradise Walk. Although we did not spend much time there, the accommodations and location were great. We very much appreciated the quiet and peaceful nature of this neighborhood situated so conveniently to the theatres, shopping, restaurants, and other wonderful sites. In addition, the staff was most helpful and responsive. This will be our destination of choice for our future travels to London.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The flat was beautiful, clean, and everything we needed was easy to find. The proximity to the Gloucester Road tube stop was especially convenient. I would recommend bringing extra toiletries for longer stays - the one little bottle of shower gel was not enough for our family of four, and we ended up having to purchase more. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

Loved this apartment!!! Absolutely perfect for my daughter and I. Extra attic room allowed for a cousin to visit and stay. Great location between 2 train stations. Had planned to stay at Earls Court or Kensington however this location was fabulous. Lovely apartment with 2 bathrooms and smart decor. Would highly recommend and would stay again. Thank you Ivy.

We stayed for a week and had to extend for a few days because of a missing passport. The property is Immaculate. We received immediate responses to our emailed questions from Nicola at Ivy. We were very pleased!

The flat was clean and as pictured, and we had no maintenance issues. It was light and airy in the mornings, and quiet at night. We could hear neighbors through walls occasionally, but only for short periods of time, and not at night. It was a 10 minute walk to the restaurants on King’s Road and 20 minutes to the nearest underground station, but the location shown by Ivy is accurate and we knew this going in. The beds were comfortable enough. My only negative comments: first, the thermostat automatically reset to 16 degrees C every few hours, so we would get cold then have to adjust the temperature again, and second, it was a bit chilly a night and it would be nice to have additional blankets available. We only found the two throw blankets on the sofas.

We really like staying with Ivy Lettings in London. I like their properties. Always located well, clean & comfortable and Ivy are always on hand in case I need any extra help or information. Child's Street was perfect recently. An ideal space for family of 3, for work and leisure. Thank you Ivy - we'll be back again soon, Valerie Dublin Ireland

We had a wonderful booking experience working with Ivy Lettings. The property was as described, in immaculate condition and the staff were very helpful with any inquiries we had. I would highly recommend them and we would definitely use this service again for future London visits.

This flat is fantastic! The Letting agency is so professional and everything was well taken care of. The flat itself is beautiful and in a fantastic location, the bedroom was extremely quiet and the backyard so pretty. The flat was clean, beautiful decor and everything was so nice and homely. I really want to rent the flat again!

Perfect for what I needed

This was our fifth stay at an Ivy Lettings property and, as always, the team were courteous, efficient and professional.

The property was exactly as described, perfect for us in its Chelsea location and near to buses and the Tube and good shops ~ we miss it already.

We will be back!

Ivy was wonderful to work with. They responded to every communication within hours (or less) and were most accommodating with an extension for check out when our flight was delayed. The property was as advertised and a small maintenance issue was corrected within three hours. The assurance of having a staff watching out for our needs while in a foreign country was priceless.

The location was near the person we were visiting, close to multiple bus stops and a short walk to restaurants. The apartment was very clean. We did run out of some basic supplies and Ivy Lettings was quick to replenish them. We also left something in the apartment upon our departure so we called Ivy Lettings and they were extremely helpful so that we could gather the item and still make our flight on time. If I ever come back to London I will absolutely book housing accommodations with them.

Overall wonderful experience. We really enjoyed our stay with Ivy Lettings. The space was just as listed and was incredibly clean and tidy for our arrival. Check-in was straight forward and check-out was simple. Our group split into two stays - one Ivy Lettings, one AirBnB - and I'm beyond glad we booked the Ivy booking as communication was much simpler and the flat much more accommodating and cleaner than the airbnb.

Everything was lovely except a certain thriftiness in supplies that left a slightly oooe impression. The shampoo and soaps were poor quality and very small quantity. We were only given three washing machine pods in a plastic bag that felt like someone was rationing supplies rather than hosting guests

We had the best stay at Smith Terrace. A 100% recommended place, cozy, cute and excellent location. It has a beautiful garden. It far exceeded expectations! Thank you very much Ivy for this excellent stay!

Parson's Green was perfect for our 10 day stay! The location can not be beat. Just a couple blocks from the Underground station and in a quaint neighborhood. The apartment was clean, well appointed and the furniture/bed were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and having a washer/dryer was very convenient. This property has a lovely roof top deck which we enjoyed having lunch & wine and also took in the beautiful sunsets. The neighborhood was fabulous!!! Coffee shops, grocery stores, boutiques, bars and restaurants galore. Our favorite (we went everyday) was Dukes on the Green. The service, food and drinks were outstanding (highly recommend). We were able to access any area we wanted to get to either by foot or Underground. I want to preface we were in London during the Queens funeral and while she laid in State which made this location even better because we were just far enough away for the crowds of people who came to pay their respects. This apartment was perfect and when we return will stay here again!!!

This was a great location and experience. While it may seem out of the way, it’s a great location for quick access into the city centre. It’s a safe community. The property was excellent value for the price. Comfortable and well-appointed. I’d recommend for anyone
