You never know what you're going to get when you order a dress online, but Undress does not disappoint! I ordered the Kamea dress in two sizes. It arrived quickly, the dress is truly beautiful and unique and the fabric is of really nice quality, although delicate so be careful not to snag it. The dress was a bit narrow at the hips for me as I am pear shaped, but there was enough fabric inside (about 1 cm on each side) to have it altered slightly and it now fits like a glove! The return process for the extra size was also very smooth and easy. Overall a great experience that I'm happy to share!

The dress is nice but the part over the waist is way too long. I am 1,60 and I had to adjust the over part since it was too big. I ordered size S.

So quick, seamless & a great product!

The dress was pretty, but the measurements indicated on the website for the dress were WAY WAY off and the dress was huge on me. So of course I needed to return it. However, Undress doesn't pay for return postage (even though they should since their measurements were clearly not even close). I went to send it back and the cheapest I could mail it back (found out the store is in the Ukraine), would be $140! Almost more than what I even paid for the dress! That's ridiculous. So now I'm stuck with a dress I'll never be able to wear and a company that can't or won't do anything about it because they are in a far away country and never indicated that would be the case for those of us who live in other places. I feel a bit taken advantage of honestly. They should warn on their site how expensive it will be to return anything. I regret ever buying anything from this site. Negative in all areas of the process.

Not sure if they’ll delete this review but I have not received my dress yet. Ive never heard of this brand but took a risk and I ordered the berta dress on 11/10 and it’s been stuck in transit without any update on the delivery process since 12/12. I have to wait 30 days to request an investigation but so far the company has not offered any type of solution and they cannot provide an update on the package’s location. I’m worried it’s lost and this dress is supposed to be for my wedding reception but I’m way too nervous to wait on this dress and will return it as soon as it arrives (if it even does).. I did standard shipping so I don’t know what it would have been like with express.

I will never try ordering from this site again. Nervous I somehow will lose my money without ever seeing the dress. I’d suggest others be very careful about ordering from here and make sure you are at least 3-5 months out from whatever event you’re buying this for just in case. Really disappointed with this experience.

I got the Alba dress and it is just gorgeous! The fabric has a luxurious feel to it. The shipment was really fast. The fit is true to size. It was difficult to choose just one dress. For a special occasion a monochromatic palette and timeless simplicity in clothing is what I’m mostly seeking for. Perfectly tailored dresses made of premium fabrics. This would definately be my-go-to-website if I need a special occasion dress. Thank you, Undress!!
