Wrong delivery
I ordered an Armel dress, I received the wrong order... I was very disappointed with such a mistake. I had to return the package and wait for my dress. I like the dress itself, but I didn't have time to wear it on the intended occasion. The dress just hangs in the closet for now.

for return, you have to go buy a label on any post company yourself, which is the first time I had to do it. Costs easily around +- 20 eur, 45 eur if you want it tracked.

Shipping was quick as well as a really good customer service. Dress was as expected and shown on the internet side.
A nice package/box for such a wonderful (and expensive) dress would have made it 5 stars! :)

Sheer elegance
Received the dress within the stipulated time. Professionally packed and delivered.
The dress is beautiful, elegant and silky to the touch. Its colour is also lovely. It might need just a small alteration to the waist. I intended putting up the hem as I'm not as tall as the model but am happy to leave it as it is.
Matched a beautiful silk scarf and handbag.
Looking forward to wearing it to a wedding I have next week. So I must say it was sent and delivered right on time!

I am really happy with the quality of my dress. I'm looking forward to wearing it at my wedding. I went for the standard option, but I should have measured myself better and asked for some extra cm of length (I'm 180cm tall, planning to wear 7cm heels) and I have to rearrange the snaps of the belt as it is too loose. But that was my own choice and the standard dress will work also!

Overall I was really happy with the dress, even though there were some issues around zipper. But the issue was fixed once I informed about it. We had little miscommunication moment, where I thought that I'd be invited to try the dress to determine the right length and I just got the dress of standard length. I managed to find shoes of right height, but it would have been better if the girl at the office would have mention that if I want to get dress of not standard length, I should specify it, I thought it's a common practice:)

I was nervous and delighted
I was nervous and delighted to find my Undress delivery in my letterbox . It took about 10 days to NZ . I opened it and immediately was relieved to see the colour was what I chose . I put the dress on and it fits perfectly.
One thing though is it takes a bit of fiddling around to get the sleeves and fabulous neckline in place . When you do have in place it’s a little restrictive to move one arm . But that’s the style and I feel amazing in this Dress .

The dress is beautiful, but the customer service is out of this world 🌎
I was interested in trying an undress gown for my upcoming wedding. Neringa was enormously helpful and even arranged a zoom with me to show me fabrics. I chose a dress and was delighted with it.
My dress unfortunately got damaged (not by Undress) just 3 weeks before my wedding. Neringa was a total superstar- she reserved the last dress in stock and it arrived in time for me to get my alterations done!
I felt like a movie star in the dress and have had so many compliments. I would highly recommend Undress for their design, the quality of their materials and their customer care.
