Hi. So, I have deposited £100 and win €3000 and when I have requested a withdraw through bank transfer was denied, have contacted the support team and was told to use another method.
I have tried with another method and was the same, denied again.
Guys don't spent a penny on these site, it's a scam.
I am happy that I have deposited and lost only £100 and not more.

Turns out i, couples months ago had no issues with this casino with the withdraws, 200 there, 300 there per say.. no big amounts from slots only and. I had my money on a 24h period, crypto or fiat no issues..

I’ve been waiting over a month just for KYC approval — even though iWild Casino promised it would take 7 days. A full month of waiting, sending documents over and over, and getting nowhere.

When they finally approved me and I tried to withdraw my own money, I got this ridiculous message:

“Your previous bets are being reviewed by the game or sport provider to ensure fair play. You can withdraw again once review is completed.”

I’ve only ever played SLOTS — there’s no way to “cheat” or do anything unfair on slot spins! It’s just a lazy excuse to block withdrawals.

This casino feels completely untrustworthy. They’ll happily take your deposits, but when it’s time to pay out, suddenly there’s always some new “review” or “technical check.” Support keeps sending copy-paste replies with zero real help.

Accepted deposits from an under-age player, then closed my account without refund

I recently deposited money into iWild Casino and later discovered that my account should never have been accepted under their own eligibility rules. Their Terms & Conditions clearly state that players must be 19 or older and that deposits must pass age and identity verification. Despite that, my deposits went through, and when I contacted support to report the issue, my account was simply closed—no refund, no proper resolution.

I’ve provided full proof of the transactions and my age at the time and have asked their compliance team for a refund. I’m now waiting for a formal response.

I withdrew 100 USDT from this casino, and the virtual currency trading platform required me to provide the name of the transferor or the company name. I reported this issue to the casino, but after 7 days, no one has responded. As a result, my virtual currency wallet has been frozen, and no one is taking responsibility for it. Avoid iWild Casino – they delay payouts indefinitely!


I requested a withdrawal of €700 on 27.09.2025. According to their own terms, they should process withdrawals within 48–72 hours, but mine is still stuck in “processing.” Support keeps giving me the same lies: “you are first in the queue,” “financial department is overloaded,” even though my KYC was already approved and no further documents are needed.

I have screenshots and email proof that they are intentionally delaying payouts. Many players in September report waiting weeks for withdrawals without success. This is a clear pattern of scam tactics to force players to cancel withdrawals and keep playing.

⚠️ I strongly advise: do not deposit or play at iWild Casino. Trust is gone.

Amazing casino let down by KYC team

I don't usually write reviews however I couldn't seem to find a review that gave me the information I needed so, here it is for anyone wondering.

So id seen a lot of 'scam' reviews stating that iwild purposely delayed KYC and payments to players, I can confirm this is not true, yes the KYC took 5 working days to be approved however once this was done, I've had no issues what so ever.

The live chat are a little less than useful at times however they do seem to have an automatic message for every query so I'll give them that.

If you do sign up to this site and try to withdrawal but it gets cancelled, just wait for support to send you the KYC email address, send over all the info and just be patient, you will be verified and you will get to withdraw.

I hope this helps anyone who is skeptical about this as I will probably use this casino as my main one now
