Please do not deposit any of your hard earned cash into this scam. I deposited €50 and after a couple of hours of playing I had a balance of over €2000. I was absolutely delighted with my luck. When I tried to make a withdrawal, that is when it all went wrong. I successfully passed their initial verification process. Then I started to get emails asking for more verification documents, all of which were in order and were sent. Then they stopped replying to my emails. After a couple of days they blocked my account and are refusing to pay out my winnings. It is just blatant theft. I have been playing on many different sites for over 10 years and have never had this issue anywhere else. I am absolutely irate.

I lodged €20 and after a while i won up to €60, not much but trebled my winnings so said I would withdraw it. When I went to withdraw, it said that I had nothing there to withdraw. Got on chat and asked why and was told that each deposit has to be wagered x3. So I have to wager €60 to withdraw any winnings and you can not withdraw anything less than €20. Total scam of a site! Never had a problem to withdraw on this casino. They clearly states in terms and conditions " all withdraw request is processed within 24 hours IF fully verified" and I am fully verified. First withdraw request was 72 hours ago and last one 48 hours ago. Asked in chat whats going on and The person said that its Beeing processed today but The timeframe for The finicial department is closed for today. The positives: Great game choice, VPN friendly, interesting bonuses. Initial KYC very quick.
And to the negatives: So be aware that any free spin wins are capped as return to player on 100 Euro. Which is ok as such. When I actually first passed this threshold, a pop up launched and reduced my balance from 175 Euro to 100. That's fine, clear and concise.
However, when I turned that 100E into 1000E on a bonus buy, it sours. I entered 2 withdrawals of 400 euro. Mid game playing, my account was frozen and I was kicked out and locked out. I then received an email to say I had violated bonus terms. Classy. When I legitimately triggered the threshold, the system amended my balance. 2 days after I won 1000 E, and tried to withdraw, I get an email. Unfair and blatantly untrue. So play here at your peril. I'd avoid the bonuses as they are quite clearly traps to avoid payment. Back to GoldenBet for me. Payments are always honoured.
