12 days to get my withdraw

Their T&C says that you can withdraw 400 euro every time up to 1200 euro/24 hours.
I did just that and after 3 days i got my first 400 euro. For the next 400 i have to wait 4 days and for my last 400 4 days again. So it will take me 12 days to withdraw 1200 euro.

Not a trustworthy company

Stay away from this site.Had a small deposit bonus, played the full requirement of the bonus. It´s was more than 8k spins. Won 2k and they won´t pay out 1.2k .
They send me an email.
All winnings received while wagering Bonus are limited to a maximum cashout amount of 5 times bonus granted. Any exceeded balance will be voided prior to money withdrawal.
I already played the full requirement of the bonus.And they won´t even restore my 1.2k in my balance. Avoid site.

Liars and theifs

I really enjoyed my time on this website until it was time to withdraw....

They cancelled my withdrawal and now will not respond to my emails. Live support is rude and they provide different reasons to why the withdrawal was cancelled each time.

I tried a second withdrawal and they cancelled it again.

It has been 4 weeks and still no withdrawal. It is clear delaying tactics are being employed with the hope I burn through the balance.

Atrocious service. Stay as far away as you possibly can.

Another crypto casino running riot.

No genuine reason as to why they will not pay out my winnings. They refer to fictional T&Cs which simply don't exist on their website. Similar to other reviews, my money is also being unfairly held.

I'm surprised at how such a blatant scam of a website is still operating.

If you like to get robbed off your money, this is the place to go! Otherwise, avoid at all costs no matter how tempting the promotions are!

Another scam casino

Another scam casino.

I deposited €1,000 using a bonus offer (€1,000 deposit match) and managed to wager the insane 35x. However this is where the problems begin...

1. They count your initial deposit and the bonus match as part of the wagering - so €2,000 x 35x wagering. This is not clear anywhere in the T&Cs.

2. Bonuses are capped at 5x the deposit match - thats interesting because they don't count the initial deposit like they do for the wagering!

3. I wagered and got my balance up to €11.5k only for them to reduce it to €5k as thats the cap. From this point, the money is classed as mine right?

4. I then increased the balance back up to €11,300 but they did exactly the same and reduced it back to €5,000.

5. There's a €400 a day withdrawal limit which they cancelled for some reason despite my fully completed verification status.

This website is a total and utter scam. I have now lost money on 3 crypto casinos - all i can say is before you sign-up, check if they are registered / regulated by the UK Gambling Commission. If not, you'll find they will screw you in the a-hole big time!

I have funds to gamble with so these types of losses are not life changing to me but for many others this would be a catastrophic loss. Please be careful and definitely avoid iWild!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS- SCAMMERS

Good website until you want to withdraw, hide behind clever terms and conditions to trap your money. Even dirty tactics with not allowing you to withdraw via a bank card which they allow you to deposit with.. deposits go through under different name… just everything about this website stinks. The casino lost my deposit

The casino lost my deposit, and just keep telling me to wait and it’ll appear. It has been over a week now and nobody wants to help.
The KYC email address I’ve been told to contact have only replied once, and when I try to speak with the live chat team, they are very unhelpful. Valentin is especially rude and ends the chat rather than offer solutions. Valentin is very unhelpful and threatened to block my account if I asked about the issue again. No apology, no resolution, just rudeness. 8 days is far too long for a deposit to be missing.
Honestly, after my experience over the last 8 days, culminating in the absolute abhorrent customer experience with Valentin, I would recommend spending your money elsewhere.

Do not recommend

The withdraval process is a joke three 400€ withdraval a day and no new ones until they pay the first one out. The verification is lengthy. They do not pay out rewards from tournaments...won 90€ in the terms they state it takes 72 hours it has been 9 days...a lot of tehnical isuess, specialy when your winning...do not recommend this site. They have a VIP program, their representitive contacts you if you are interested in personalized offers etc. When you answer they reply that the VIP program is being set up. Wrote to their support email no answer in a week. But i have to say their live support is always available. They do not do much but they are available.

I’ve played more than my share of…

I’ve played more than my share of online casinos and, initially my thought was ‘oh its just another average site’ but boy was I wrong!

I love iWild and rate it as the best RTP in my experience. Yes, withdrawals are limited to $650 / day but I’ve withdrawn the maximum 3 days in a row with no issues at all.

Worst Casino Ever!

This is by far the worst casino I have visited, and I've visited many!
iWild Casino say that they will pay out €1,200 every 24 hours. This is an outright lie.
I won big on iWild Casino and calculated it would take me 2 weeks to receive my winning due to their €1,200 per 24 hour payout.
In fact, it took iWild Casino over 2 weeks to pay out €1,200 in 3 x €400 payments. Over 2 weeks!
These guys are a bunch of crooks who make bogus promises to keep you playing.
I will never ever use this casino again and I urge you to also stay well away!
