Breach of guidelines

DO NOT DEPOSIT OR EVEN SIGN IP TO THIS SCAM SITE! Please do not trust this casino with your money or even details, I signed up and deposited as normal. Upon winning I tried to withdraw and was told I needed to send bank statements, utility addresses etc and when sending things over they just ask for more and more to avoid paying. I then had my deposit bonus removed from my account (whilst playing) and the refused to reinstate it due to an "error" but never gave me a reason. The "live chat" only consists of AI bots that repeat the same thing over and over again providing absolutely no help and to top it off they removed all further deposit bonuses from my account without any warning. once I went through all of this I had around €100 left in my account which quickly went to zero (20 cent spins) with no bonuses big wins anything it's as if they turned my Rtp down due to complaining. Biggest scam I have ever used try elsewhere.

I deposited money after being told my account was verified. When I won a small amount, I decided to withdraw it. I submitted a withdrawal request, and after a day, the money appeared in my account. However, I received an additional KYC (Know Your Customer) request via email. I sent all the required documents, but then they asked for more. I complied and sent everything again.
Despite this, the KYC team at this company worked at a snail’s pace and still claimed there were issues. After four days of waiting with no progress, I was, of course, able to cancel my withdrawal. Unfortunately, like many gamblers, I gave in to temptation and lost everything within an hour. It’s clear the casino’s management designs their system to exploit people struggling with gambling addiction.

I am a french canadian and i was offered 50 free spins with 40x wagering. I read on their french website in the bonus terms section the rules for free spins. Art 1.3 says that there is a limit of 150 $ in wins and that any surplus will be CREDITED to the player. These are the exact words written by iwild in the french website, in the bonus terms section. I end up with 2000 $ in wins after wagering is completed. Then in a second my cash balance goes down to 150 $ and the remaining 1850 $ is gone. I contact support and ask them why the surplus is not credited to me as written on their rules i read before activating the free spins and all i got was that on their english website the rules for free spins in Art. 1.3 say that exceeding wins after 150 $ are deducted from the account. I did not read the rules in english because i speak and read in French. And on the french website it is clearly written that surplus after 150 $ is CREDITED to the player. This means given to the player.
All french players who experienced the same situation as me are affected by this and their wins exeeding 150 $ are ot credited but deducted.
Perhaps there is a mistake in the words on their french website for Art 1.3 in bonus terms but it is not fair that players should be treated differently than what they read in iwild casinos rules as seen on their website .
I tried to explain this to them but all i got was that i should have read the rules on their english website . This company is an absolute scam, and I feel obligated to warn others about their unethical and fraudulent behavior. My experience was a complete disaster.
I deposited €100 and was fortunate enough to win €450. Naturally, I was excited to withdraw my winnings, but that’s when the nightmare began. Instead of processing my withdrawal, they started asking for my IBAN and other personal information. For nearly 10 days, they kept dragging the process out, sending emails back and forth, requesting additional details, and making it seem like they were preparing to pay me.
Then, out of nowhere, they closed my account without providing any explanation. No warnings, no justification – just a sudden shutdown. When I contacted their support team to ask what had happened, all I received were vague, generic responses that completely ignored my concerns.
To make things worse, they not only stole my €450 in winnings but also left me in the dark about what happened to my original €100 deposit. It seems they’ve taken that too. The entire experience was a calculated effort to scam me – first by luring me in with the promise of winnings and then stealing both my deposit and my winnings.
This company’s practices are incredibly shady. They waste your time, take your money, and then hide behind their support team, who clearly have no intention of helping you. Everything about this screams SCAM.
If you’re considering using their services, don’t make the same mistake I did. Save yourself the frustration, disappointment, and financial loss. There are plenty of legitimate companies out there – this one is NOT one of them.

Don't waste your money
You cannot claim your winnings from bonuses or even your own original deposit unlike every other online casino site. This is garbage. I have also had money deducted from my winnings as it was "their" money from bonuses. I had a bit of a run around with their KYC procedure, even tho I submitted all the proper docs, finally they verified me, and sent me a small portion of my winnings.
Now they are withholding my winnings and won’t release them. I am not sure what else to do as I cannot get any response about it. I feel like they withhold any winnings so that people will get frustrated and play them all back to the casino. This is very unethical. These casinos make boatloads of money from people and yet still act like this. Shameful.
This site will not let me post my email, but you already verified me and sent me a small portion of the winnings, I only use my debit card/chequing account on the site. And this was already all sorted out. Now it is purely just that you are withholding the winnings. My username on the site is PLAYER6161173. If this can be sorted out, I will delete this review, but I’m guessing you are either going to delete my account, or just continue stalling on my fair wins. And when i tried to withdraw to Revolut they said i cant use an IBAN that have LT(wich is revolut IBAN in the whole europe)
Tried Mifinty, but told be i had to use the same method as the deposit, wich funnily is Revolut.

My account was verified. All documents were approved until I tried to cash in my winnings. Tried three times. No funds deposited.
Issue, I have a new debit card attached to my bank account. The same one used to deposit the funds associated with the winning.
Because I couldn't provide my old bank card, they would not issue the winnings.
Very sketchy. I will be filing a formal complaint with the authorities and asking for the funds deposited with the new card to be refunded.
