We had an account with them for some time and we need to WARN all the players, every player of how they operate!!!
We had deposited cash with a bonus added.. After the wager was met, the remaining balance was only 1x of the deposit+bonus. In their Terms it is stated that maximum withdrawal is 5x bonus gained which is within the rules and their terms and conditions!!! NOW! Trick and LIE is here!!! Withdrawal was not made!!!
Another day, we used the COINS we gained from playing and bought 10 Euros as a little bonus. We did win more than 5x - it was 140 Euros. Wager was MADE, BONUS FROM ACCOUNT MENU was gone, BALANCE remained 140 Euros!!! We withdrew it.. We have got an email saying:

I was offered 50 no deposit free spins from this casino, I won €50, wagered and played and managed to get it all the way up to €12,000+! I was absolutely amazed by winning that much. Unfortunately I was told I had to deposit before I could withdraw, I deposited via bank transfer and it didn’t credit my account, it got lost and I still haven’t heard anything about it.
Due to my current location I am only able to withdraw via crypto wallets, but I first need to make a minimum deposit to be able to use that method.

The maximum possible withdrawal amount from no-deposit bonuses: 30 EUR’
But this is no longer a no deposit bonus as I have now deposited and since played, lost and won more amounts with money since my deposit.

Your representatives explicitly told me on a number of occasions via the live chat, if I was to deposit, I can start withdrawing my winnings. So I took their advice and deposited like I was told, just to then be told it was a ‘misunderstanding’ and I was never going to receive my winnings. I was misled with false information as my legal representative has told me.
I have already been in touch a number of times, I am now being ignored.
My legal representative is now preparing documents with all the evidence I have against you in this situation to be able to take this before a legal panel.
You cannot just ignore how you have misled your customer, on a number of occasions, and led them to believe that they would actually be able to receive these winnings. Your representatives had a number of opportunities to correct me via the live chat and explain I’d never be able to withdraw that amount and outline the terms of ‘bonus’. Instead they encouraged me to deposit for things to progress to a withdrawal. As I have been told, this is misleading for your own financial gain.
As I have said, this will not go away.

Every day I get a different information. Mifinity support does not know anything about the ordered withdrawal by the casino. The deposit is still in pending status. I am a depositor. So, I've played alot of online casino's, but this is the worst one yet. I've noticed that when u deposit with a bonus, let's say for example you deposit 30 euros with a 50% bonus (15 euros) , you need to wager 35x. So I had to wager 1575 euros with that in order to complete it. I hit bonus after bonus after bonus. I managed to complete 1375/1575 of total wagerement with 200 euros left in the balance. Everything dissapeared just before I hit the 1575 mark. I feel the RTP is seriously boosted when a bonus is active and when it turns to real balance , things change really quickly. Just now I deposited 3 times 100 euros without a bonus with 0,45/cent per spin (double chance because normally its 0,30/cent per spin. Those three deposits vanished in 5 minutes without a single bonus or a nice hit.
I'm sorry for my English, but people, stay away from there. Something is seriously not right at that casino. They lure you in with free spins and if you vote for them and blablabla.

1. Unjust Fund Confiscation
My balance of €4,872.65 was illegally taken, with no proper explanation.
The casino falsely applied their Bonus Terms (Clause 1.4) to real money funds.
I requested my full gaming history (February 6–7, 2025) but received no response.
2. Live Chat Deception & Lack of Response
Since February 7, 2025, I have contacted support multiple times via live chat and email.
Live chat agents repeatedly promised to escalate the case but did nothing.
My emails remain unanswered.
3. Account Closure After Mentioning Legal Action
I informed live chat that I would escalate this case to licensing authorities and law enforcement.
Shortly after, my account was suddenly closed.
When I try to log in, I receive the message: "Your account has been closed due to gambling addiction."
This is a blatant lie – the casino is trying to silence me and cover up their fraudulent actions.
Actions I Am Taking:
Since iWild Casino refuses to resolve this issue, I am filing complaints with:
Curaçao Gaming Control Board (GCB) – License violation complaint.
Interpol & Europol – Report for fraud and potential money laundering.
Finnish Police – Criminal complaint for unauthorized fund confiscation.

So so far this site actually looks really good. There's plenty of choice of games etc. The layout of the website is good and easy to navigate.
I like the fact that they allow you to demo most of the games before you pay and play. I did encounter and issue where I was being kicked out of the game for inactivity even though I was playing (that only happened with 1 game).
I also completed the promotion for voting for them on an award and is supposed to be rewarded with 50 free spins. If the free spins actually arrive IL move this up to 5 star

As expected no spins have been awarded. I've spoken to chat like asked. The person on chat kept telling me sorry but the competition closed on the 11th February. I then explained I have proof I did it before then. I've heard no more so I think this was a scam

Alright so I made my account about a week ago. Deposited $50 lost it. Deposited another $30 and won $880. I then submitted my KYC and everything was approved. I withdrew my $880 and 2 days later I get an email saying my account has been permantly closed because I apparently made duplicate accounts. I never did such a thing, I also don’t see any point of doing that. Now live chat is saying there’s nothing that can be done and I won’t receive my $880. None of the emails they have gave me are responding. This website has scammed me and I would 100% avoid using it.

You make a withdrawal, two days later they email you after they returned the funds and ask you to withdraw again because it's expired, meanwhile any bonus you have coming such as a loss bonus is voided. It's apparently written in the bonus rules, half there games don't work and it's impossible to win
