An honest review of a casino that doesn’t care about you

First of all, the casino works well, no problems with the registration or deposit and the lobby is smooth and clean. so far so good...

The problem comes with the withdraw itself. The policy on their T&C describes that withdraws are processed within 2 business days. This time by itself its a non-sense for e-wallet... but its manageable...

They max cap each withdraw. No problem with that, it's a strategy to control the withdraw flow...

But guess what?? They hold all withdraws all week to be processed. If you request another withdraw over the previous one, all this "timer" resets, and hold another week again!
this is done on purpose for you to cancel it before you burn the remaining bankroll or before you deposit more, and keep all balance on their side.

Once I got my withdraw, I ran away from this place. Sorry, but Its not an honest casino for their customers.

Another serious topic: Its the self-exclusion system... This is a lie, they incentivize you and offer bonus after another before you really self-exclude.

I dont give 1 star because they didnt scam me.

Extremely disappointing experience with iWild Casino

Absolutely terrible experience. I deposited €20 and received a €40 bonus — so far, standard. I played only high RTP slots (some supposedly above 100% RTP, according to their promotions) and still managed to lose the entire €60 balance without a single meaningful win.
I contacted support, expecting transparency or at least basic customer care. What I got instead? Scripted responses, excuses about RTP being “calculated over time,” and no real help. When I asked for a breakdown of my session to check if anything was wrong, they said they "don’t have the technical capability." What kind of licensed casino can’t analyze their own gameplay data?
Their bonus terms are confusing, the games feel suspicious, and their so-called support is useless. This feels more like a rigged money drain than a legitimate casino.To top it off they even refused a small gesture like a few free spins to show goodwill. Zero customer respect.
Avoid WildRobin Casino at all costs. There are far more honest and transparent places out there.

You'll never win on this casino

I’ve been playing on IWild Casino for like a couple of weeks straight and I’m not satisfied at all. I'm never gonna be feeding this casino ever again.

Upsides:
- They offer various bonuses and cashback features etc.
- The webpage is nice and clean and easy to navigate plus they offer all the popular slots.

Downsides:
- There’s an issue when I try to deposit money via Visa card. I have to do it via Skrill in order to make a deposit which makes it annoying.
I tried to reach out to their support, but they wouldn’t acknowledge that there was a problem at their end even though it’s quite obvious there is, because I can easily use my credit card anywhere else.
- On slots, you’re not allowed to buy bonuses for below the value of €5.
- They claim that they offer 96%+ RTP slots, but they really don’t. The RTP on slots are around 94% which is lower than other casinos. The bonuses just refuse to pay over 100x. Mostly they pay below 50x. For the record, I’ve never experienced a bonus over 300x and I’ve had at least 50 bonuses at my time playing and it's never exiting.
- I often experience lots of annoying lags and disconnects with the slots (Any provider).

I really regret that I wasted too much money here and I truly advise people to stay away from this casino. Don't let the easy accessibility fool you!

The details of my complaint are as follows:

After successfully meeting all verification requirements (including submitting valid documents such as bank statements and utility bills), my withdrawal request for €24,914 was still rejected. The casino did not provide me with a clear or satisfactory reason for the rejection.
I have complied with all KYC procedures and provided all requested documents in a timely manner. However, they have not processed my withdrawal request and continue to delay without providing any reasonable explanation. I am concerned that this may be an attempt to withhold funds without a valid reason.
Furthermore, I deposited €3,000 into my account after my withdrawal was rejected. This deposit was processed without any issues, which further raises questions about its fairness.
My request is reasonable and should not have been rejected after I completed all verification steps.
I seek the following solutions:
Immediate unfreezing of my €24,914 withdrawal
A clear and detailed explanation of why the withdrawal was rejected

Bad:
5x max cashout on wager bonuses is very low compared to others. Verification took a while

I have played at many many online casinos over the last 10 years and this has to be by someway the worst of the lot. The games play terribly, rtp is set to lowest possible setting in many cases. Impossible to close account

After nothing but headache with withdrawals and customer service I requested to close my account. They offered me a decent bonus which I played and lost then requested again that my account be closed. 3 emails and 3 days later no response and account is still open. This is a violation of Responsible Gaming! Live chat says they can't help and it's "currently being processed"
Stay away from this casino, there are much much better out there.

Thieves. Everything they say here is true, about not being able to withdraw money, but when you deposit money, everything happens very quickly. I only played once, without a bonus, and I won. And here comes the problem. First of all, after depositing your money, you have to play a certain number of games to reach a certain score. Then you can withdraw money. They do this so you can't win because they know that the more you play, the more you lose everything faster. Second, and here comes the big problem. I wanted to withdraw my money, and they sent me like 10 emails asking for more and more things. I sent them everything they needed, but they kept asking for things and more documents that I had already sent. Finally, after 2 weeks, they sent me an email that said, "It's fine," after I stopped sending them any more. And they responded out of nowhere: "Don't play at this casino. You won't be able to withdraw money if you win, and I played without bonuses!" You've been warned.
