Above was my booking number for reference. Ticket has been cancelled 11days before the flight schedule. Apparently, the flight was still scheduled to depart for destination on that day. The paid sum can’t be refunded but only can be exchanged for points. I have waited for a month, however there is still no refund of the paid sum for the points. Appalling experience, absolutely no sense of responsibility and makes me wonder if this company is a complete scam.

A few days before my flight a get a vague message telling me my flight has been rescheduled but it sends a picture showing it has been cancelled.. Which one is it? rescheduled or cancelled. The word rescheduled means it has been changed to a new time, not cancelled. A message was sent earlier showing my flight has been rescheduled. When i looked at the time and matched it to my booking, it was okay, but their rescheduling heading actually means, "rescheduled to cancel." I have a week before my flight and I don't know what to do now. This should be illegal. Now flights are crazy expensive and I can't speak to anyone from this website called iWofly. Ultimately I lost a lot of money. Don't fly with these agents who give vaguely interpretated message that don't even coincide with their own bookings website. I'd appreciate it if you you don't use the title, "rescheduled" when you really mean cancelled. It was really vague. I showed others and they thought the same thing. They said to look up the booking and it still showed the flight was good when in fact it was canceled.

Terrible Service. Avoid at all cost.
Booking number in the confirmation email provided by them does not work.
Requested for a refund after airline changed flight schedule, Iwofly did not provide the refund even when evidence was provided that airline policy allowed it.

Tickets are sold without luggage. This is not clear to customers.

No cancellation.
I had to buy my ticket twice to the UK.
I will never use this service again.

You only refund us taxes. Which is 1/5th the price you of the entire ticket. Why not be transparent about that? Your company is not customer centric. It is designed to ensure that you benefit and the customer losses from the lack of transparency and shady information.
Do not tell me to be objective when I have lost over 5k from your shady transparency. No airlines should work with you. Buying direct from the airlines is far more beneficial. At least they take care of their customers.

My Card has been charged USD 901 and out of sudden I had an email saying the Booking was CANCELLED. Please tell me what happen and why the status is cancelled after my Card has been charged in Full. I have to call my Bank to even Blocked my Card which I was thinking Its the Scam. I have been writing to your Email but seems No One has reply. This iwofly cant be contacted and no phone DUE TO PANDEMIC, whats the nonsense No one can chat or calls due to Pandemic. Don't use this reason and cant be accepted. Using the reason Pandemic IF we have to meet each others and not after you able to take the money from my card.

I needed to change my departure date. It was a fair price offered by the airlines. Response time was good to excellent. There was Technology glitch but they got if fixed for me. Overall They'd get an A grade from me.

They gave me credit for a cancelled flight (which I did not agree to, and I was entitled to cash refund according to the airline). I wanted cash but they would not reply because they made a mistake and would not take responsibility for it. So I ended up taking the credit instead.
I check my credit account today and found that on the 11th of November, they made 7 transactions and took ALL of the money from my credit account!
DO NOT USE IWOFLY.

Never ever go with iWoFly to book any ticket
It had been more than 2 years, I am still waiting to get my money refunded for the tickets those were cancelled by the Airline. Air India confirmed that the money has been fully refunded to the Agent (iWoFly), but iWoFly is not remitting that back to me.

iwofly is a SCAM. i am tired and disappointed
iwofly is defnitely a scam and they do not honor their offers to customers.
1. i first requested to change my booking (for 2 going flight tickets) but they got my request wrong for a refund
2. they then told me that i could change my booking but there will be a fee of USD75 (MYR315).
3. i made the payment of USD75 but they told me that the payment is only for 1 ticket
4. i told them to then cancel my payment and refund me back because they were not honest with me that it wasn't for 2 tickets
5. after MANY MANY emails (in DIFFERENT threads) they told me they could cancel my payment and refund me
6. in another email, they told me they can't refund me
7. it's been 2 weeks and i am still waiting for my refund
i'm not sure what kind of business they are running but they should be very ashamed.

iWofly is a scam.
iWofly is a scam.. Do not try to book any schedule in this site because it will automatically deduct the air tickets price in your debit or credit card but the flight will be cancelled and non-refundable. We are lucky because the bank inform us if we initiated the transaction and we have informed them that we were scammed.
