Trying to make a decision on wall panels and bought three trial pcs. They have never delivered them but still charged me. Shocking service!!

Panels are very realistic
Panels are very realistic, especially when staggered, I had a problem with one panel that Izodekor very quickly resolved. This is the second room I’ve used the panels on one feature wall (both rooms with a different brick style) and it’s a great look plus added insulation.

I ordered 15 panels,package is fine without damaged,but couple of panels front is damaged inside looks like when they are packed.
I really disappointed when put to the wall because the damaged panels got white circles when the material is missing.

Easy to order, arrived early on all three orders and look fantastic, I tiled for a living for a few years these panels are so much easier and a lot less mess no grouting then washing then washing again! 1mtr x .5 done in less than a minute, great product, highly recommended

Worst company I ever had opportunity to…
Worst company I ever had opportunity to deal,
I ordered the panel and glue for it, on 24th of February, paid 50£ for delivery ( even if is states england deliveries free) and surprisingly i haded to wait 3 weeks for delivery, after countless emails and calls i was told it will be delivered on Saturday 16th of March I receive my panel , but surprisingly the rest of order is not here.
Worst customer service, worst management and experience with them is just out of window.
I assume they don’t give a f about the customers…

Needed an extra panel having previously a few months earlier bought what I thought wood be enough but my husband took poorly and only just started what should have been done before Christmas so didn't expect to be able to get same but ordered just 1 snd still didn't get charged del and was del within 2days.
Wish every company gave the same service.
